Five star as far as price goes a little miscommunication on how often do I receive my shipments is at once a month or is it weekly? And also some follow up calls I do not wish to speak with a foreign operator or any of the sort I’ve lived overseas and they don’t see things the way we see things as a capitalist environment.

Shipping took so long. The meds were warm when they finally did arrive. I kept being reassured that they were still viable but all the research I've done said ingredients become inactive when they warm.

I was a little leery at first, but once I tried it and got results, I was very happy I gave it a try. I'm very pleased with the professionalism. It was a quick process to get approved and begin my journey of improving my health. I had a question on billing and reached out to customer service and they got back to me pretty quickly. I recommend using this site for your GLP-1 medication.

Contact customer service to delay my shipment till I come back from out of town they deliver it and stayed in the heat from 10:30 to 5

Quick, efficient and much better at communicating that many other well advertised companies. Far better pricing and dosages are very clearly labeled and not confusing!

The process was actually easy and I was updated regularly

I placed an order a week and a half ago and still have not received an update as to where it is or when I’m going to get it. Unbelievable that it would take this long to get the product shipped. They did charge me for it but I haven’t received anything.

I canceled and you never put the money back in my account

Hello I subscribed yesterday payed $79 , but now I can't make an account or anything it doesn't give me an option to cancel my subscription. They were good at taking the money but if I was to cancel my subscription later on how would I do it? I mean I don't want to cancel yet but I need to have an account. I was with noom and it sure is a big difference. There i had an account right away and I was able to see my profile. Can someone help me pls

Never received package.and after talking to customer service they refuse to give my refund

I should have been able to already start. My order was sent out on a friday and suppose to be here last Sat. there was a weather delay that made it be late it was delivered Monday morning and sat outside in the texas heat all day qnd when it was opened the ice packs were completely melted. I have went back qnd forth all week wanting my replacement and still haven’t heard anything back from qnyone. So another week my journey will be postponed bc of this issue. I am concerned thqt it wont be replaced seeing how every new message sqys it was meant to be stable longer and longer every time. I am at the verge where I just want to cancel and get a full refund and find another company that is able to keep up.

Still haven’t received my order and already getting these emails asking how it’s going! I don’t know yet I’m still waiting for my order

Well I’m feeling less hungry, my appetite has gotten smaller, feeling pretty good, loving that I can afford this the delivery was quick, all around it’s been great
