Slow approval process

I’m very frustrated with this experience. I was told the prescription approval process would be streamlined and take about two business days, but it has already taken longer than that with no approval or meaningful update. The part of the process that was supposed to be quick has turned out to be the slowest. Better communication and setting realistic expectations would go a long way. I hope this process can be improved for future patients. I was already approved by my pcp, so I know my prescription does not required higher review. I also understand that it needs to be approved by embodys’ medical doctors.

Completely Disappointed

My medicine was mailed out on a Wednesday and did not receive it until the following Monday. It was hot and all the ice packs had melted. They wouldn’t replace the medicine.

I was told one price and now that has changed. I was very specific in my questions on the price and I was flat lied to.

Used one time so far

Used one time so far, the product was too much for first dosage. Called support regarding nausea and dry heaving and she was very empathetic and took all my info. Email followed a couple days later with lower dosage recommendations and I will try. I purchased 6 mos supply. Shipping was quick.

Bad communication and dishonest

Bad communication and dishonest. I placed an order and with no communication I was informed I was being shipped something I did not order.
When speaking to customer service I was told I didn’t order the product I wanted even though I was charged for it. When I asked for a copy of my order he hung up on me.

Waste of time.

Put in an order and my order was not shipped even after 10 days with no quick response of status when I inquired. Never received order. Requested for a full refund.
