Used one time so far
Used one time so far, the product was too much for first dosage. Called support regarding nausea and dry heaving and she was very empathetic and took all my info. Email followed a couple days later with lower dosage recommendations and I will try. I purchased 6 mos supply. Shipping was quick.

Bad communication and dishonest
Bad communication and dishonest. I placed an order and with no communication I was informed I was being shipped something I did not order.
When speaking to customer service I was told I didn’t order the product I wanted even though I was charged for it. When I asked for a copy of my order he hung up on me.

Put in an order and my order was not shipped even after 10 days with no quick response of status when I inquired. Never received order. Requested for a full refund.

they dont care about safety just want your money
they had my medicine in shipping for 6 days the medicine according to their regulations was n safe and then they tried to say it was only 5 days and as long as i refrigerate and it has to stay at room temperature during shipping well they said they have no way to guarantee it did the ice packs were more than warm to the touch and they refused to exchange it or send me a different one and tried to assure me it is safe ho is it that some people get their medicine in 2 days and the ones that get it in 6 still have the same good to it if that was true why do you send medicine overnight shipping if 6 days is still safe

I signed up around 6:30 PM on July 1st. I received my approval today, July 3rd, around 9:20 AM. I received an email with a link to my dashboard and another email advising that my script had been sent to the pharmacy. I will update this review as time goes on.

I refuse to pay for something before knowing what I’m paying for. Your company should be more transparent on pricing and avoid asking for payment without the customer knowing what they’re paying for.
