Two $465 unauthorized charges that…
Had two $465 unauthorized charges that were due to "processing errors". My bank sent me a fraud text and was going to close my card. After talking to live chat for over two hours they took them off but would not accept my wish to cancel. It had already "been approved" within a record 4 minutes. I would've had to pay the $100 fee...even though they almost locked my card. Label received on July 2nd, still no movement from UPS. A nightmare to work with.

There is someone named Juan that helped me all the way through this process, even though I was very frustrated he did everything to know they will stay on top of it until I got my meds. I did receive my meds today just in time for my next injection. I am very impressed how they stayed on top it.

I’d like to take a moment to share an experience that I have recently had with Ezra.
Upon ordering my treatment, a technical issue arose whether it was miscommunication or an error. In the way it was prescribed. I was frustrated having just had a horrible experience with another provider.
I am immediately reached out to the support team to bring to their attention with the error I had an occurred. I was assured that it was rectified, upon further research into this matter, I could see that it wasn’t. I then elevated my request to speak to a manager. I was contacted by a manager named Alexander.
Upon speaking to Alexander and reiterating to him my experience, he jumped into action like I would expect a manager to do which was very surprising given the experience to that point.
Although I was not satisfied with support initially within a couple days of speaking with Alexander who handled this in a very professional manner being a manager myself, I do have expectations of how a customer should be treated and how managers should handle certain situations. I was given respect validation with my request which definitely brought down the temperature. He then reached out on a daily basis kept in touch with me several times a day, keeping me updated on the progress of the process. He’s also reaching out to his director to satisfy and make the Customer happy that leaving me that meant everything I would definitely recommend this company although it wasn’t an easy start I believe it will be a happy ending and I will continue to use this provider. They really do care about the Customer and I believe in management that should be your optimal goal is to not only maintain your fiduciary relationship with your business, but also to pertain a relationship with the customer I look forward to working with Ezra in this journey

So far, I am very pleased with Ezra. I wanted to try a glp-1 but couldn't find a monthly program. Ezra is affordable with a 1-month option. The team is very prompt and responsive. They give multiple pharmacy options. After picking I decided to switch. It was easy sailing. I cannot speak on the GLP-1 itself because it has only been a month, but JoinEzra has been a pleasure to work it. I highly recommend this company.

Its simple, its 1 price for all doses, they do all the heavy lifting and all I have to do it wait for my delivery. There are responsive. Leonardo always responded within minutes to my emails. I feel hopeful and so glad I found Ezra.
This is the worst company I’ve ever…
This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They shipped my Tirzepatide UPS on a Saturday and I received it the following Tuesday. When I opened the package the medicine was excessively hot. The ups driver said it was on his truck all day and they should have sent it next day air not 2 day express. There was nothing on the package stating the med needs to be refrigerated either.
When I contacted Ezra, they stated when the med left the facility, it was fine and it met quality assurance and they can’t do anything about what happens when it’s delivered and if you don’t believe me, you can get online and look on their statement that they they disclaimer. It states that in there as well, and if you make an order and you talk to the doctor, they will automatically deduct $100 from your refund. They do not refund you 100% of your money whether they messed up or not. But in my case, they had no intentions on resolving the issue or making it right nothing.

They took my money. They offered an awesome looking deal and I was like yeah I can afford this. I have a wedding my wedding and they started me on a 1.5 mg dose of trisepitidw the typical starting dose is 2.5 mg. I’ve done my research this 1.5 did nothing. They told me it was just my beginning dose and that they were trying to get me adjusted the medicine arrived hot from the pharmacy. they told me that was standard and then it sometimes does, but it’s been tested. Don’t worry about it then so after two weeks I paid for my next dose because I gained 30 pounds I got my second dose, which was slightly higher. It was three which isn’t much more than what I should’ve started at, but it did nothing. I’m still hungry by this time. I’ve gained 6 pounds worst mistake in my life because I’ve wasted weeks on what I thought because they said I should be able to lose weight within 16 weeks and instead I’ve gained weight within the first three weeks so I’ve wasted time and money on nothing. This was probably the biggest ripoff that I’ve ever experienced in my life. I would’ve been OK if they would’ve started me on a normal dose and maybe it was my body but now I think that they screwed me up where I would have to start higher than I should just get anything out of it because of them starting me on the 1.5. After complaining, and after they offered to tell me how to do another dose at a higher amount then they didn’t because the doctor would not get in touch with me for seven days. I waited and they canceled me because they said they could not give me a higher dose after it was offered, but I guess it was because I did not want to spend more money on a higher dose when I should’ve been started on the right dose to begin with the worst experience ever.

JoinEzra was not upfront at all about the $65 membership fee. That is after they took my $160 for the meds and then told me that not only could they not refund me....they are also trying to charge me $100 to cancel. Meaning I have to pay their monthly membership fee of $65 until I have $100 to cancel it. Which I don't have.
When I try to call them, the number doesn't work and was hard to find to begin with. The phone number is listed under "Yo Bomb Meals" and says (along with a busy signal) "the number you are trying to reach is not working".
They also were petulant when I emailed with them.
I'm VERY angry. And I'm going to have to seek legal help. Websites, companies should NEVER be allowed to do this to people.

I’ve had a generally great experience with JoinEzra. Their service has been responsive, and overall communication has been smooth and helpful.
The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to a pricing issue early on. Before placing my order, I specifically asked whether the price quoted to me was a one-time promotional rate or if it would remain the same. I was told there were no one-time specials and that my monthly cost would stay consistent unless I increased my dosage to a certain dose (not sure if it was over 9 or 11mg). However, after the first month, I was charged a higher price.
I reached out to customer service, and while it took some time to fully resolve, they did eventually correct the issue. They adjusted my monthly rate back to the originally quoted price and initiated a refund for the overcharge.
Aside from this situation, I’ve had no problems with JoinEzra. Now that the pricing has been corrected, I plan to continue using their service.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The approval process and shipping process was super smooth and I received my meds super fast. I had a little isue but it wasn’t their fault and they went above and beyond to take care of it. I will only be using this company from now on. Extremely happy with them!

No way to contact customer support
I placed an order and have a question and their phone number is disconnected. It's a scam. I emailed them and no response. The took money out of my account I didn't approve.
So far having good experience
So far having good experience. Medication arrived quickly and in good state. The customer service and the clinicians are reasonably responsive. Personally I don’t expect live instant responses, and so far I haven’t had to wait more than a day for a response. There was also an error in pricing and my first refill was scheduled for price higher than originally advertised. But with a bit of patience, customer support was able to resolve the issue for me.
Super pleased with joinEzra
Super pleased with joinEzra who had a 3 month BPI promotion on reddit for $400. Completed the onboarding, uploaded my current scrip and was approved the same day. Order went to The Pharmacy Hub for fulfillment on a Wednesday. Sunday I had notification that a UPS label was generated, Monday shipping was confirmed and I received Tuesday. 3 - 60mg vials of BPI! The Pharmacy Hub's packaging is excellent!! Comes in a boxed styrofoam cooler with gel-packs that were still mostly solid. Very pleased with joinEzra and fulfillment by The Pharmacy Hub. That said, joinEzra is a subscription model so you must go into your portal and pause/cancel the next shipment of your treatment. Personally, I am not a fan of subscription models, so I canceled.
