Requires membership. No transparency on drug pricing. Bait and switch, likely. Would not recommend.

I have sent 5 emails asking for someone to contact me about refunding my $129.00 after I canceled my membership BUT all I get back is the automated message stating someone will respond in 24 hours. I can't find any other way to reach someone to talk to about this issue. I would stay away from this company especially if you want to keep your money! It has been over 5 days now and I still do not have my money back and I haven't talked to anyone!

The doctors and coaches are great, the prices are good too

They keep in touch every month to make sure all is going well. The product they subscribed has really help with food cravings and have list weight. I’m grateful for found. 😊

My experience has been nothing but great! From the coaching to the doctors prescribing medications that suits you best has been amazing! I started my journey weighing in 206lbs and now I weigh 164lbs! Thank you found in making my journey so great and the support I’ve had is awesome!!

Warning Warning Warning ! Found Weight Loss Program is a scam and they over charge for their services. Their Company uses Fraudulent business practices and when they cancel your membership without your consent’ they keep your money even though they never gave you the product you paid for ‘ for weight loss.

There physicians are not real Doctors and the doctor I was assigned to almost killed me with prescribing the wrong medication, which i have stage 2 Parkinson’s disease and there company new this when I filled out all the required paperwork and submitted my blood work ! There Doctor prescribed medication that would have sped up my Parkinson’s disease and could have killed me ‘ yet Found Company representatives say they use real Doctors who are specialists in weight loss medicine.. well let me tell you if you value your health do not use this company for your weight loss treatment! There doctor almost killed me per my neurologist had I not checked with my Regular PCP Neurologist ! This company also canceled my membership’ yet kept the 199.00 dollars for a one year membership.. I will be filing medical malpractice and filing a complaint with the Nevada State Medical Examiner Division and Attorney General office about Founds business practices!

I paid $39.00 for my membership and provided my insurance information. On 3/24/2025, I had a telehealth visit with a provider that lasted no more than 11 minutes, and the call was recorded. Despite this, after 2.5 weeks, my medication still had not shipped.

I reached out to Found several times and was informed there was a significant delay. When I asked for the name of the pharmacy, I contacted them directly and was told there was a major issue—compounded medications were being discontinued, and they couldn’t provide a shipping date.

This raises the question: why would Found continue to accept patients and prescribe medications that were not available? This situation prevented me from seeking timely care elsewhere, effectively robbing me of the opportunity to see another doctor.

To make matters worse, I received an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from BCBSNJ showing that Found billed my insurance using CPT code 99214 $335.00—a high-level code typically reserved for complex visits lasting 45–59 minutes. Again, my visit was only 11 minutes.

As a result, I was billed $187.00 toward my deductible for the office visit, on top of the $189.00 I paid for medication I never received and the $39.00 membership fee. I was finally able to get a refund for the medication after multiple attempts, and I am now formally disputing the medical billing as well.

It’s always a great experience! Doctors are responsive, coaches are supportive, friendly, and ALWAYS real.

The physicians and coaches are really there for you. My weight loss journey has been a great experience and success. I have not been my current weight since middle school.

The support provided since my medication has been out of stock has been great. I took off a star because I still haven’t received my prescription.

I am pleased with the results I have experienced being on this plan. My weight is down and has stayed down during my time on the plan.

My experience has been tailored to me and my needs. I am able to reach out to my care team at any time to discuss issues that arise with me or changes in medication so that I am on the right treatment for me. I like that my medication is delivered right to my home which is perfect for my lifestyle.

My experience has been awesome with Found. They were able to get my medication approved through my insurance. I also like how the coaches provide tips on how to eat and exercise. Great community of people who celebrate each other as well. Happy to be apart of the Found community!

The attentiveness of the coach and doctors is extremely helpful to me. They have personalized their approach to me as a customer. I feel heard, which I can say has never happened with another weight loss platform before. I feel that I am in the start of my weight loss journey and I cannot wait to continue to move forward. With Found, I believe that I can achieve my goal weight.

What I like most about Found is how nonjudgmental They are. Their program is tailored to me, it’s affordable, I appreciate that the payments have been monthly instead of quarterly like most plans. My provider was very responsive, and the customer service is excellent.

Ease of use communicate with doctors

With FOUND Weight Loss, I paid for a full year of membership fees upfront, never gotten any medication, and customer service doesn't respond. This has been going on for almost three months.
