It was informative and helpful and I didn't have to leave my house to get the help I need.

Midi is easy to use. I got set up with a practitioner who was ready to really listen to my concerns and try to help me find resources that would help. It is easy to get ahold of your medical team and they respond quickly to your questions and concerns. I love working with Midi.

Jenna helped me get myself back. I was in physical and mental anguish and was willing to try anything. Jenna listened to me and educated me on why I was falling apart. She had a clear plan and it worked. I feel more myself now than I have for years.

I've never had such a good experience at a doctor's office, ever. Midi is so thorough and my clinician really listens to my concerns and does everything possible to address them and help me feel my best. I wish all doctor's appointments were this good!

My provider listened to my concerns. She didn’t jump to throwing medications at me, but helped me make the best decision for my health.

I was having some issues and saw an ad about
Midi on face book I was a little skeptical at first but so glad I went with them, I looked and saw they took my insurance. That was another plus. Made an appointment and in a few days, I was seen, I love my provider and all the care team there they have worked hard to get all my medications covered and have been super helpful I highly recommend.

My provider at MIDI actually listens to me. She has answers, solutions and advice for ALL the perimenopause issues I am experiencing. I leave the visit with a plan I feel confident and comfortable trying. I wish I didn’t wait so long to try Midi heath. I now feel I can get through this menopause journey much easier!

Like how they address with my needs.

Thi clinic and doctors have been the ones that really listened to me and provide me options. The standard care for women is that our symptoms and problems are normal, within normal range and problems that womens need to deal with age.

Excellent professional care I thought she has a high level of knowledge and expertise.
It is difficult to discuss sensitive issues, so it helps to have a real professional discuss it with a high-level of confidence.

My experience was amazing, due to my level of doctor care and knowledge. Her feedback on my concerns and medication to alleviate my discomfort levels. I retrieved my prescriptions on time and my authorization was handled quickly.

I was so excited for my Midi Health visit, but it ended up being a $250 mistake. The practitioner literally cut me off while I was describing my symptoms, telling me she only wanted to hear the "top two." Menopause doesn't work that way—it affects your whole body. It felt no different than a standard, dismissive doctor's office visit. Between the lack of empathy and the fact that they don't perform labs, I feel completely taken advantage of.

Midi Health in my opinion is paving the way for many women to get actual help with menopause! It is convenient, caring , safe & works with many insurance companies.
I am a very happy MIDI Health user and I have never felt better since I started using one of their doctors.

I had a very productive appointment. The medication has made a noticeable difference—it feels like it’s bringing me back to life. I was previously in a fog, struggling just to get out of bed, but now everything feels clearer and brighter. I wake up feeling rested, and I recognize this version of myself from years ago. Life feels beautiful again.

My experience with MIDI Health Care Services was excellent. The practitioners are very knowledgeable, professional, and truly take the time to address me as an individual. I always feel heard and supported. Is truly a partnership between the patient and the provider for the best care strategy. What MIDI does particularly well is providing personalized, patient‑centered care that builds trust and confidence.

You cannot get in touch with them. If you experience any technical difficulties or have questions, no one answers you and it is impossible to get a person on the phone. I’ve had trouble setting up my account and I can’t get in touch with anyone and no one gets back to me. I met with a doctor and it was a pleasant experience but I have questions since the visit and I cannot get anyone to respond back to me or help me with my issues. Waste of my time. Don’t waste yours
