I was so excited for my Midi Health visit, but it ended up being a $250 mistake. The practitioner literally cut me off while I was describing my symptoms, telling me she only wanted to hear the "top two." Menopause doesn't work that wayâit affects your whole body. It felt no different than a standard, dismissive doctor's office visit. Between the lack of empathy and the fact that they don't perform labs, I feel completely taken advantage of.

You cannot get in touch with them. If you experience any technical difficulties or have questions, no one answers you and it is impossible to get a person on the phone. Iâve had trouble setting up my account and I canât get in touch with anyone and no one gets back to me. I met with a doctor and it was a pleasant experience but I have questions since the visit and I cannot get anyone to respond back to me or help me with my issues. Waste of my time. Donât waste yours
