I had Ram who done a Ultrasound scan on my left foot. Doctor suspected I had Ganglion Cyst, and having scan under Nhs was too long - up to 4 weeks. So seen Ram, he gave me appointment very quickly literally the next day and done the Scan and gave me results on same day, and confirmed was a Ganglion Cyst. Would recommend Ram for quick diagnosis and he was very polite and appointment was on time.

I took my 89 year old Mother for a consultation with severe hip pain. The problem was quickly diagnosed and following an injection the problem subsided completely within 10 days.
The clinician was very courteous, had an excellent professional manner. Being a clinician myself I could appreciate his calm relaxed confident professional disposition. I would have no hesitation in recommending his service

Having suffered with osteoarthritis for about 3 years caused by an old injury and waiting on the NHS for further treatment I couldn’t stand the pain anymore so I searched google and found this clinic. I was contacted really quickly by Ram to discuss my issue abd was booked in two weeks later on a Sunday. I was given 5 injections. We are now just over 2 weeks after and without jinxing things I am hopeful that it has worked. I can’t thank Ram enough he was helpful and informative and actually identified an old fracture that I was not aware of. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that has been suffering with this kind of pain to get in touch with him.

After having shoulder pain since January and having to avoid lots of movements at Crossfit and struggling with some aspects at work (heavy engineering) I finally made the decision to go private and visit Ram at his clinic in Jesmond at the end of July.

It transpires that this was a brilliant decision. Ram explained and showed exactly what the problems were with the shoulder and gave me advice on what to avoid to protect it in the future. I had two injections. For the first week or so I still had some pain then, as if by magic the shoulder felt great, and how nice it was to be able to sleep on my right side again!

I'm knocking on a bit (late 50s) so aches and pains are the norm when you're still trying to compete in sport. But knowing that Ram can work his magic on REAL problems gives me hope that I'm not finished yet!! Yes, I still get the odd twinge if I do something I shouldn't but 2 months on the constant ache and the acute pain has gone for now.

Highly recommended. You cannot put a price on the prompt and effective treatment Ram provides at his clinic.

The service provided by Ramakrishna Rachaputi was excellent. Fast appointment and assessment and I left the clinic with no pain. Amazing considering I could barely move before I went to the clinic. Would certainly recommend this clinic and the services provided.

After many NHS cancellations I decided to go private. Best decision I could have made, Ram was very professional, assuring, calm & knowledgeable. I loved being able to watch the guided steroid injection into my carpal tunnel on the screen. The relief I got was worth every penny.
He was punctual too which I liked.

I have been suffering extreme debilitating pain in my shoulder area for months. My husband read the reviews that patients had posted after treatment by Ram.
I booked an appointment and received two guided injections from Ram, who at all times was kept me informed as to the procedure that he was doing and treated me with the greatest of care.
Days one to two were painful, days three to seven, each day the pain became easier and I recovered movement, from day seven I have been pain free and feel as though I have got my life back, I would highly recommend that anyone with the same problem as me contacts Ram and accepts the treatment he diagnoses .

To follow up, the actual steroid injection I was given was very professional and the process throughout was much more helpful than what I thought it may be.

I first visited Joint care Clinics for Tennis Elbow the pain was extreme, so much so even picking up pen was difficult. Working as a bricklayer I simply couldn't work and being self employed no work no money so I visited the clinic and met Ram with the intention of having a cortisone injection. Ram is a really nice man he has a calm professional demeanor which put me at ease. He took my details explained the process and patiently answered all my questions. Ram then did the injection and then patiently answered lots more questions before we finished. The next day the pain was gone and I could resume all previous activities, it was a massive relief.
About 6 weeks later I returned to the Clinic to have PRP ( Platelet rich plasma ) injection on the same Elbow for a more long term solution, I had the first of three injections and the result now 3-4 months down the line is incredible virtually pain free and the actual tendon itself is healed.
I can't recommend Ram and Joint Care Clinics enough don't suffer unnecessary as I did there is help available.

I have to thank Ram Rachaputi for the most exceptional support that I have EVER received in many years of requiring such expertise.

Rams ability to diagnose my issues were totally on point - and when I got home and researched more about Rams diagnosis I could see he was 100% spot on.

Ram took a phone call whilst working in his office on a Bank Holiday monday. He booked be in for 3.15 and probably expected to generate around £450 as it sounded like I may need a cortisone injection in my thigh.

During the entire time I was with him - and he was building up his views on what is wrong with me he was patient, kind and considered in his views and comments.

Whilst he didnt talk me out of the injection - he did give me SO much belief that my issues "may" resolve in the short term - and gave me confidence in my own ability to "self treat" that it made sense not to have the injection - and to follow his instructions on stretching etc. with a view that if in the next few weeks things dont improve that he would be there to do the injection.

He could have in fact got TWO injections out of me - one in my bursa and one in my thigh - which would have cost me around £600. Instead - I simply paid for the bank holiday consultation, scan and all the time in the world (never rushed) for just £150. Can you believe? He charged me £150 on a bank holiday - short notice - for a complete overview of my history - examination - scan..... and totally reassuring and kindly mannered throughout.

I am telling you now. This guy is one of the best out there. If you get an appointment with him - you are in the safest hands. Totally utterly brilliant.

I had hyaluronic acid for a ankle injury so good to be with out pain 10 weeks later and still good nice experience would recommend

I had an injection in my wrist after months of pain. It has made such a difference to my day to day life. I am now pain free at work on the building site and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Ram

Approachable, kind practioner who was able to understand and actively listen to my bodily complaints. I will surely be working with him in near future when I pass my degree !

Visited Ram 5 weeks ago for steroid injection in my hip. Very impressed. Put me at ease. And best news is I'm pain free. I took my 81 year old mum yesterday for steroid injection in her knee. Ram was very kind and patient and my mum for first time in months is pain free. I cant recommend Ram high enough.

I would definitely recommend Ram, his explanation and reassurance during the procedure is extremely calming and I had a pain-free knee injection of steroid and lubricant. This has resolved my ongoing knee pain - at least for the time being and I shall have no hesitation in returning when needs be. It was interesting to see the ultrasound of the procedure on screen and to listen to Ram's explanations of the problem, he is clearly very knowledgeable and extremely professional.

What can I say....I've been in so much pain with Plantar Fascitis, Ram is extremely professional and knows exactly what hes doing, I'm also a very nervous patient and he even purchased thinner needles to minimise any discomfort, I'm finally starting to feel better.

Initially came to Ram around a year ago for steroid injections in Mums knee as the pain was unbearable. He is now our preferred option and Mum wouldn't think of going anywhere else as he offers great care at an affordable price. During the procedure he explains everything and shows us what is happening where and offers help and advice for when we leave. Ram is always easily contactable and we never have to wait long for treatment which is a godsend. He always accommodates us in a downstairs room because of mobility issues and always at our preferred location. . I would 100% recommend
