awful service. Ordered a ski suit that came sliced open and the team were extremely rude.

The returns period is only 14 days - short by modern standards. If you'd like to return or exchange an item after that date, you'll be met with no flexibility or support from the customer service desk. I understand that a full refund after the stipulated date is not always possible, but the 'customer is wrong' attitude from the JoJoSki team was very disappointing and they made no offer to help process an exchange, even after I had offered to sacrifice any difference in the cost of the item and pay for all P&P costs. The team were quite confrontational and not pleasant to deal with. Disappointing.
