Bought just one cap for my son. Thought it would be a bit of fun. Took ages to come. Product is absolutely rubbish. It's not the money, it's the principle.

Ordered 3 top caps about 1 month ago. I have had no e-mail confirmation and no reply to the 2 chaser messages I have sent. Feels like a scam but I'll keep writing to them.

Ordered on 30/12/25, 3 headsets either first class delivery. Received today 4/2/25. I sent 6 emails to chase this up as no updates were given, until I threatened to report them to trading standards. I received an email advising me products would be dispatched soon (generic - no apology)

Upon receiving items, they look nothing like the images on their glossy website, dull, cheap headset quality and one is even off centre. If the reason they were so long getting here was to assure quality, I might have forgiven them.

Whatever you do DO NOT use this company under any circumstances, they are CON MEN, offering poor quality products at expensive prices.

STAY AWAY…

If I could give zero stars I would. Tracking link for order didn't work, no response to phone calls, email or online form. Have had to request my bank try and get my money back as I can't get through to the retailer. As others have said I think it's best to steer clear of this retailer.

Waiting over two weeks for my Christmas present order to be dispatched! Won’t answer emails, phone calls, texts or insta!! Very disappointed!!!

Ordered two top caps for £20, after 10 days heard nothing & still not showing as having shipped on the website. I replied to the order confirmation email (which states to get in contact can either reply to the confirmation email or email another address provided) to ask for an update. Heard nothing back so emailed the other email address they suggested to ask to cancel as I had given up & ordered from elsewhere. Got message back from hotmail saying the message couldn't be delivered to this address. The next day I got a shipment confirmation, still no reply to original email. Top caps arrived few days later (2 weeks after ordering), both printed slightly off centre. Should have checked Trustpilot before ordering! Save your time/ money & order from elsewhere

I don’t know about everybody else, but my item was delivered to the United States very quickly and it’s a beautiful stem cap. I couldn’t ask for a better experience thank you very much.

AVOID this company at all cost. They are truly terrible. My son bought on of their stem caps with his pocket money for his older sister, he even left them a tip in the payment. The item arrived 3 weeks late, when we have tried to contact them to return it they have NEVER retuned our calls or emails. Well done you scammers for ripping my son off. Your return address of C/O Run & Ride, 16 The Green, Stafford, ST17 0UR is on the packaging. I don't want to return it until I know my son will get refunded. Instead, I work all around the country so I will be knocking on your door to sort the refund out when I am next in your area.

Abysmal company. Part timer scamming people to buy caps with images of products he has no ability to produce. Took two weeks to ship and then Cap was printed off centre and out of focus. Contacted them 3 times first with no reply and the responded with send it back (at my cost ) for a refund.

Don’t waste your time or money

Steer clear of this clown's abysmal service and save yourself the headache. Ordered a custom top cap and paid for standard shipping (2-4 business days). After 7 days I'd still not had a dispatch notification so tried to contact them on the number provided. After multiple calls and texts with no response I raised a debit card dispute and got my money back that way. The day after he decided send me an apologetic message with some crap about the top cap being due for production "tomorrow".
When I informed him I'd already claimed the money back through the bank he decided to refund me because "it makes his life easier".

Communications with this company is shocking. Left two voice messages on mobile number provided from their website.
DM’d on couple of occasions on their social media with no reply. I’ve been waiting 4 weeks!

I should have read the reviews first! Dont bother going near this joke of a company. No response after repeated emails. Order still not sent out after two weeks. Shocking.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, got order confirmation but still not dispatched, sent multiple emails, text and called the number on the site and no response no communication! Don't waste your time or money on this joke of a company

Bad quality products, never replied to multiple email enquiries.

I ordered a custom stem cap, it was delivered promptly and was a high quality product. The price was cheaper than found elsewhere too, so I can highly recommend.
