From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. The assistant asked if I wanted a bag…
The assistant asked if I wanted a bag but never said I had to pay got a shock when got home when the price of bag was on receipt at 40p
Jollyes store at Barugh Green, Barnsley. If the assistant asks if you want a bag it should be free if the customer asks for a bag then that is different.
I thought he was giving me the bag free as I had a few items to carry. Not good customer service at all.
