Always reliable products and quality

Nothing went wrong, but I find there is very little choice when it comes to products for cats. It seems to cater more for dogs.

Great advice on flea treatment for my dogs.

We came in to get a hamster. The lady who served us was really helpful.

The lady serving me had a lovely friendly smile didn't rush me through the till as always the staff are friendly and very helpful explaining about bill chips that I usually but at the same time thank you for doing bill chips helpful to be able to donate in store

I honestly love jolleys, not only are they great with their products and pricing and their website is super easy to navigate but in store their staff are so lovely and helpful, nothing is too much of a ask and they always have a laugh and giggle, also their customer service is 100% I had one little blip whilst ordering their own brand dog food (amazing ingredients at a really affordable price) and the guys at customer service helped me hugely...

An excellent experience, the shop is always well stocked and the assistants are very knowledgeable and friendly. They remember my dog from when she was a puppy (7 years ago) and always talk to her and try to give her treats. I would recommend Jollyes to anyone who owns a pet.

You were lifesavers for my little kitten , she needs kitten milk supplement for me to hand feed her ……I was told by my local Bridgwater Jolleys that you had some in stock , when Pets at home etc had NONE . Bridgwater very kindly arranged for me to collect some from Cadbury ! So you very kindly put me back a tub to collect …..it was quite a long way to travel but sooooo HELPFUL to me and my little baby kitten ….THANK YOU !

Went in to look at the reptiles with my 3 children. With the hopes of purchasing a crested gecko if they had any. After spotting they did indeed have some for sale. I asked the assistant if I could have a look at them. As soon as she came over it seemed like such a chore to speak to us. Straight away asking if we had the set up ready at home. Did I have a picture. When I explained I had a Terrarium set up at home she told it would be too big and I would need to buy a new one set it up and prove I had it all set up. Providing photographic evidence once done. I understand its good to check that someone knows how to care correctly for the animal they want to purchase. But her whole attitude and manner was rude and made me feel like I was being spoken down to. I have kept many reptiles for a few years now and did try to explain this to her. But wasn't good enough. She kept telling me how I needed to set up the Terrarium yet the Terrarium the geckos are in at Jollyes have multiple geckos in, is filthy, the water bowl has algae and substate in and the glass lookes like it hasnt been cleaned for weeks. Left feeling quite upset as did my children.

The staff were able to give me lots of advise and help with any questions we had. They have lots of knowledge, happy and friendly. I would definitely recommend to others.

We use this store regularly. The staff are very attentive and polite. We always find the products required.
