Purchased a new dog harness from your company and it lasted less than a month. Had to go your another pet store to buy a another harness.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Every time I come in to get my food for my pets, I am faced by happy, caring, helpful staff. It's a pleasure to come to my chippenham store. As I know I will be welcomed. Well done to the staff in the chippenham store. They deserve a pay rise.

Happy Helpers.The assistant I asked where was a…
The assistant I asked where was a certain item took me to the place they were. The assistant who was at the cash desk helped me to the car with my items as they were heavy for me. Both of these contributed to make my purchases easy and quick, so thank you Jollys.

I am a local dog behaviourist and take some of the dogs im working with to Jollyes to help them learn about different environments, meet people and choose their own treats amongst other things. I'm always met by extremely helpful and friendly staff, especially Tegan, who always remembers each of the dogs, what treats they like and what to do and not to do with them depending on their needs. I also use Jollyes as they don't sell live animals, too many already in rescue to be breeding and selling more! They have a good range of competitively priced products too.
