Purchased a new dog harness from your company and it lasted less than a month. Had to go your another pet store to buy a another harness.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Jollyes - A service with a smile
When we arrived at the store we were greeted with a ‘smile and hello'. The store is laid out very well so finding what you need is very quick and easy. All the products for sale are competitively priced and have some very good deals, too. The cashier was very informative and even signed us up on their loyalty scheme with no forms to fill in. She sorted everything in seconds. We will certainly be visiting Jollyes again in the not too distant future.

Friendly staff
An assistant went and picked up a 10 kilo bag of Lifestsge dog food from the shelf for me and took it to my car. Both she and the assistant behind the till were very friendly and engaged in conversation.
