I enjoy going into Jolleys. The staff are always so lovely, kind and patient.
When I was last in they were busy rearranging shelves but they took the time to physically show me where to find what I was looking for.

Staff are really friendly and will bend over backwards to help you .They really do go the extra mile and it is always a pleasant experience going in to shop. Always make the dog feel very welcome as well and it is all about them at end of day

The very nice lady on the checkout could not have been more helpful. She is one in a million.

Great service as always. Interaction with 2 different members of staff. One checked stock and found the collar size I needed. The other, at the till, took time to check for my loyalty card on the system and update the postcode despite me saying that it didn't really matter. She was so pleasant and efficient at the same time.

I regret not getting the ladie's name. She was in her 40s. I hope she doesn't mind me saying. Pleasant friendly and helped choose new cat food as it seems IAN's maybe discontinued. Time was spent on my shop and I really appreciated it.

I had a very large trolley filled with all the bits for a new dog, staff where helpful and knowledgable and when it came to checking out they spent time talking with me about our new pet and allowed me to take my time as I was very overwhelmed.

The two girls that I spoke to are really friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organised. I was asked did I need help out to the car. I’ve had really good experiences every time I go to this shop.

Staff are always so pleasant and helpful. They remember my pet and ask about him, and point out any special offers that I might be interested in, but not in a pushy way.

I had issues with a product and contacted head office who were helpful and gave me £2 off a box of cat food. But when this happened again, I took it into the Coleraine (my usual store) and the Manager couldn't have been more helpful. In fact, all the staff in the Coleraine store go out of their way to help so thank you.
