Got what I needed and good value for money. Staff very helpful. Brought my items to my car as I have a sore wrist and I fine it difficult to carry items.

I couldnt be happier with the service or with the products!

I have struggled with finding the right diet for my dogs for a very long time because all three of them have very different dietary needs, from allergies to temperamental tummies. I think the biggest challenge was my personal lack of knowledge about what goes into dog food, what ingredients could cause minor irritations and allergic reactions and how much filler is used which isn't necessarily biologically appropriate for dogs. So I did some research and had a better idea of what I wanted for my dogs before I went into the store.

The lady I spoke to was patient while I went through the entire history of my 10yo dog's diet (which has been a lot of experimenting and switching brands when the food was agitating her skin or became too expensive or time consuming to make from scratch), my 3yo dog's specific needs and upsets and our new puppy's challenges and brief medical history. She asked very specific questions about my dogs' behavior, activity levels, flavour preferences, treats, feeding schedule, and what I add to their food at which meal - which made me feel confident in her knowledge of the product range and that she was genuinely interested in my dogs' specific needs instead of just selling the most expensive food and sending me on my way.

She showed me a range of food that ticked all my boxes: puppy food for the pup, adult for the 3yo and a senior low calorie range for my 10yo. She then went through the composition of each flavour with me so I could choose the flavours I think my dogs would like best and had the most meat and protein in each one so the food would be more suited to my dogs biological needs. The food she recommended also has no filler ingredients or ingredients that might irritate my old dog's skin or tummy.

She also recommended a soothing balm for my old dog's paws which I think are itchy because of the wet weather our family isnt used to or because of her food intorances - not sure which.

But the verdict was unanimous when I got home and opened the bags for their evening meal so I could add a little of their new food to their old food; the moment I opened the bags my dogs were there and more excited than normal, apparently the food smells amazing! Based on how they ate I thinks it's safe to say it tasted pretty good too.

I'm not going to say what brand it was because I don't want this review to be an ad for the food itself, I just wanted to highlight the exceptional service I got at Jollyes. My only regret is that I didn't get her name so I could thank her personally in this review.

First visit to Jollyes, specifically the Cookstown store. Great range of dog toys, treats and accessories. Brought our 10month pup with us, who got a little overly excited and piddled on the floor! 🙈 Dealt with by a kind staff member. Well priced and good quality items. Pleasant staff. Can’t fault 👏
