From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. I would give a full rating for customer service always been polite friendly and helpful.just disappointed that you no longer sell birds and fish. Though I do understand that this is becoming harder due to the cost,but I hope you can continue to make a profit

The food i normally buy for my dog has…

The food i normally buy for my dog has just disappeared from the shelves. I get purina beta light. There are other types. Puppy, sensitive etc. The staff can't tell me if it will come back. I have to buy it from Amazon. I can still buy the cans and treats but not the dried food.

Great customer service and 25% off

I visited yesterday and to my delight my dogs food was on offer. When I approached the till the server was friendly, bubbly and chatty taking my details for the pet club and how much I saved. She asked if I wanted to buy an additional item from the counter and when I declined she wasnot pushy and was in agreement with my reaso .

Cat litter+food no longer sold here

Been buying everything for our cat from this store in Darlington since 2019.
Called in two days ago. You no longer sell the cat litter she is used to or indeed the food tins(purina Gourmet gold). Will therefore close our membership
