🌟 Recommendation for Neighbourhood Vets -Jollyes Gosport

I just wanted to share my experience with Neighbourhood Vets in Gosport, Jollyes because truly, they are something special.

If you’re looking for a vet that is incredibly caring, compassionate, and doesn’t charge you the earth, this is the place to go. The standard of care they provide is second to none.

I walked in today with seven very poorly kittens, and I didn’t have to wait — they saw us almost immediately. I had already been there before with two of the kittens due to a nasty infection, And I had already taken in my beautiful Poppy That had to have a full hysterectomy and once again, they went above and beyond. They were so gentle, understanding, and gave my beautiful little fur babies the most amazing care.

It’s not easy to find a vet that genuinely cares without making you feel like you need to take out a second mortgage, but this place proves it’s possible.

The reception staff are absolutely wonderful too. I have an autistic son, and they took the time to speak with him, engage with him, and truly listen — which meant so much to me. That level of kindness and patience is rare.

The vet even came out to see me, explained everything clearly, weighed the kittens, and made sure they were properly looked after. It was honestly beyond anything I’ve experienced before.

I can’t recommend them enough or thank them enough. If you want a vet that truly cares and delivers exceptional service without breaking the bank, please give them a try — they are worth every bit of praise.

The groomers were very good with my dogs who both dont like being groomed and now r quite comfortable with having it done and they r lovelyxxx

Tried using a voucher but the cashier said another had been activated which it hadn't and xouldn't change the transaction. When contacting Jolleys with my complaint they kept on about the other voucher which I didn't activate (I sent them the proof) and refused to help. I won't be using them again as the cashier was less than helpful and I've had nothing but issues with the app. Rubbish company with rubbish staff and a rubbish app.

Found everything I needed, the store has super staff, always friendly, and the prices are excellent.

Lovely, friendly staff. Always happy to help with advice or a hand to lift.
Always well stocked also. I find them knowledgeable and helpful to.
The shop looked clean and bright on my visit yesterday.
My dog regularly goes to the groomers upstairs too. The girls in the groomers are well run, friendly and professional. My dog enjoys going there as they make a nice fuss of her.
I believe the shop is a credit to Jollyes as a whole. Please ensure my thoughts are conveyed to the staff.

Placed an online order for collection and really wish I hadn’t bothered. Had an email to say one item was oos and would be refunded which is fine although I haven’t received a refund yet. Initial collection of the order took too long, I was asked to confirm all items ordered and my name for the cashier to then check on the system for a further 5 minutes whether the bag she had just given me was correct. I offered my order number to assist but it wasn’t taken. Got home and found 1 item was missing and another was incorrect. I emailed to advise and ask if I could pop back to swap the incorrect item and also collect the missing item, and was told the incorrect item was correct and was what I ordered but I could go back and exchange and collect missing item. On my return visit the first member of staff I spoke with told me the system showed my whole order as refunded which was not the case. A second member of staff then came over and said the incorrect item I had been given was in fact correct. It was not what I ordered at all and I showed them the order confirmation with the correct item on but they were really quite argumentative about it being correct. I’m not sure how you could argue this as I was showing in black and white what I had ordered on my confirmation email and the store website. I was told the item I had actually ordered was not stocked in this store?!?! I have returned the incorrect item and was told the staff member will email through to get a refund processed, not holding out much hope at all. Really disappointed with the whole experience from start to finish, the fact the staff were telling me I was wrong and the item they supplied was correct even though I know it was wrong and showed them the evidence is appalling. This should have been a quick 2 minute visit to pick up an order but was unnecessarily stressful, time consuming and unprofessional

What is the point if having a click and collect when it do not work twice i have used it amd even though it states cluck and collect in a hour it do not happen twice i had to go to the store after waiting an hour and half and its still not ready .

Unfortunately the app stopped working on my mobile. I changed the password but continue to go round in circles.
