From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. The staff at Jollyes are always friendly and helpful.
They stock a wide range of products, and the leads/coats/ collars and harnesses are very nice. Prices are competitive.
Occasionally, my dogs dried food is not available, but generally I am happy with the service here. I have a loyalty card, which offers 15% off cat and dog food per month, which helps!

Thank you again to Jollyes Pet Clinic. They offer a great service which is much more affordable than my regular vets. Used for dog booster vaccinations and for my dogs and cats flea & worm treatments.

Never seen shelves so empty
The service at the checkout was fine but the shelves of dog treats were so empty!
Everything I wanted was out of stock - very disappointing visit.

Lovely store

I went into my local store in Harlow…
I went into my local store in Harlow last week, and I immediately noticed how fresh it looked. It was well stocked, I couldn’t find what I wanted and a helpful lady whom was working took me to where the deer antlers were. Always helpful, and very curtious. Well done
