Great range of products and a good price. Often have good deals on. Only downside is they sometimes run out of the dog food we prefer!

Staff are always helpful.

Good customer service in store on kingswood retail park.

Just the store never seems to have what I want.

Obviously the competitive prices make a huge difference but, for me, the friendly and helpful staff is what draws me back

So yesterday 22.2.25 I entered the store and couldn't find what i needed. Looking for litter training spray.. im in the shop having a coughing fit, a young lady staff member was stacking shelf at 1st i wasn't sure if she was staff as did not have red polo top on. She was new had started fay before, im coughing like crazy I kept apologising trying to tell her what I needed what I was looking for , she was very patient with me.. abd asked if I was ok. I do apologise again for my coughing fit. We got there in the end, she was very helpful and gave me some advise on cat litter toileting I'd adopted a cat age 3 and was peeing in a corner, ive took her advise on board. Thanku.

Visited the store to get dog food. The shop assistants were very helpful and friendly and making sure i had everything i needed. However the deputy manager was very rude shouting across the store and interrupting the staff when talking to me and didn’t speak to the gentleman at the till very kindly. Passed him a bag of loose treats and rudely said “can’t be bothered with this you put them out” Very unprofessional and rude. I’ve been in a few times and I have noticed she’s very rude to her staff and has even sworn at them before to say i was shocked is a understatement

Used to be a very happy place to enter and the staff used to be super chatty but i have noticed all the original staff have left, it’s not that happy or welcoming anymore

Overall, Feel for the staff as i can’t fault their customer service just the managements attitude towards the staff was a bit of let down.

The staff are rude and miserable. The older lady with glasses watched two different dogs pee on the floor and proceeded to do nothing about it. The lady with blonde ish hair and glasses is rude and the way she spoke to other members of staff in front of us was absolutely disgusting. I feel sorry for the staff if that’s how they are spoken to on a daily occurrence. It’s Valentine’s Day guys come on, nobody wants to see your miserable faces on the day of love.

Customer service was excellent in hull kingswood thankyou. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Went to purchase a dog harness.
Needed help to get it, went to the till and waited, 2 members of staff attended to the needs of a woman and left me to wait,

Had wonderful experience. brilliant staff. caring and thoughtful and always willing to answer questions and help.

I always mange to get the food I buy for my dog with a gd chose

Got my kittens 1st injections done in store they were due there 2nd injections in December after numerous attempts to book online we visited the store several times and were told they were aware of a issue with the website and to keep trying. We asked if we could book them in store and told it could only be done on website.

Eventually got onto website to book visited the store for appointment to be told they couldn’t do injections as it had been too long and we would now have to start and pay for the process again.

Asked to speak to a manager and was told to call customer services. Called customer services to be told they couldn’t deal with it as it’s a store issue.

Totally unacceptable service I wouldn’t recommend using them.

Was being served in the Hull store and half way through serving me the lady assistant said right im on my break now he will serve you once he’s done and just disappeared, iv never ever had a shop assistant just walk away mid sale to go on a break before the male assistant looked absolutely baffled to poor customer service

Very helpful staff you gave working in the kingswood shop. I came in for different treats, staff always happy to give advice, input natural treats in one bag and the lady was happily helpful to give advice on item, staff here also go above and beyond especially the lady worker, she held the lead of my puppy whilst my hands was full. Lovely
