Smashing pet store run by staff who really seem to genuinely care about pets and their owners huge range of pet supplies at very affordable prices
Always friendly, always clean and tidy nearly always empty of customers when I go, but they never carry the large jumbones my dog likes although they have the rest. I have to go to Tesco for them and... もっと見る

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Dog jumpers
Was disappointed that the choice of dog jumpers was very limited. Have found this problem on several occasions. There were plenty of the bigger sizes but I have chihuahuas and didn't have the size I required. Don't think that they get enough of the smallest sizes in

I've been shopping at Jollyes Pet Store for over eleven years, and can thoroughly recommend them, staff are always willing to help, wether it is carrying goods to your car or finding that item you need, and most importantly to me, they have a little bit of time for you and your pet.

The staff who work there are always very friendly, helpful with good advice. The store is always clean and shelves are full. Good choice of dog food but would like more choice in the extended lead section. Having an eight metre or 10 metre choice would be great. Apart from that all good.
