Rose has helped me on 2 occasions on visits to the store & before, a manager, can't remember his name. Also if you belong to the Jollyes pet club, you get money off purchases & offers.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Dogs love it !
Staff are always pleasant. One lady spent time discussing dog food with us, which was the best product for our dog. When we take the dog in staff always fuss her. She likes going in and being allowed to go around choosing treats etc.

Poor storage of frozen food!
Have been buying the Natures Menu Frozen Beef "free flow" for a while now but quite often, and more so recently, the packs are frozen solid (literally) and unable to pour out. Seems they are stored very poorly, as though they are being allowed to start thawing before being put in the freezer for sale.
When mentioned to staff they don't seem to be bothered about this.

Puppy selection
Good selection of things for us to choose from. We are getting 2 puppies in 2 weeks and needed to get some items to add to what we already have. We wanted advice on the new sorts of food, and we had a lovely afternoon talking puppies 🐶

No staff at checkout, three or four people waiting and when they arrived no apology.

Always very helpful &friendly staff, that means a lot
I got the same food for my dog as usual, she has been having this for some time and loves it, why change! The friendly cashier pushed my trolley to the car and put food in boot for me. He then took trolley back. This was a great help as I use a walking stick to help me get about. The young man was very friendly. What more could I ask?

The shop had items for my rabbit that I hadn’t seen before, was a nice change. To be truthful I never visit the retail park so I’d forgotten Jollyes was there. Sorry.
