From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Great service

Great service from the Reading branch! Always friendly staff and the manager is always so friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! Thank you always for a wonderful shopping experience! 5 stars all round! 😁

Cat food nibbles

Very friendly, dedicated to service

I've got an XL Bully, she's very friendly and loves to say hello but a lot of people are scared of her. The staff were so nice to her, they asked if it was OK to say hello and then gave her cuddles and treats, she had the best time!! They also stock BullyBillows stock which we got her a lovely new collar and lead set and they helped me find the correct size :)

Waited 4 weeks for my dog to be groomed…

Waited 4 weeks for my dog to be groomed only to be contacted the day before he was due to be groomed and informed that the booking would have to be cancelled due to the groomer resigning a week previous, when I asked for an alternative appointment I was informed that I would have to call back the following week. He’s been groomed by an independent groomer now and I won’t use you again not even for dog food
