Staff are always so friendly. Went in recently to buy treats for my pooch, and Ryan who served me was so helpful and knowledgeable, a huge asset to the company!

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Click and collect
Ordered and paid online on Sunday afternoon, it was ready to collect within the hour. I chose to collect next morning, it was there ready and waiting behind the counter. Everything was quick, simple and no fuss and pleasant member of staff to complete the hand over.
