From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Great selection of treats for the dogs and the staff are really friendly and helpful in guiding you to the products that are most appropriate for your needs.

Poor price labeling and staff interactions
RE: Your offers are not clearly labled-
We recently bought a tub of dried sprats from your Swadlincote store, they were by the till labled £8.99 but upon paying at the checkout the price way far more than that!
The member of staff stated that the price we noted was fir a bag of pet food- that was not rhete anymore.
I advised the staff member that better lableing of products and price would be better and perhaps be nicer to customers.
My husband now refuses to shop at that store ever again (and i promise you, he won't) because he felt humiliated at the till and the staff were not helpful in the slightest

The products are alright, but the staff are rude and unhelpful. They look really miserable. Is it that bad a company to work for?
