From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. The deputy manager at Thetford yesterday could not do enough to help me despite the store just receiving a huge delivery. She was so pleasant. Also, another part time lady assistant was very helpful regarding products and the app.

Helpful staff to get thing from high…
Helpful staff to get thing from high shelf and help putting heavy items into the trolley. Friendly staff at checkout, looked for any online offers on my account, I like to have things in the trolley showing the barcodes so we don’t have to pick up heavy items un-necessarily.

I regularly visit my local store
I regularly visit my local store. This is mainly for my dogs but also for chickens and wild bird food. The staff are always helpful if I am not able to find any products. When I am not able to carry heavy bags there is no hesitation in helping me. Store is always clean
