Their Warrington store is a little hidden away, but nevertheless very convenient for me. As a result, it has become my regular place for buying most of what we need for our three cats. As a Pet Club member, I'm very grateful for the regular incentives it offers - long may they continue!

That you now do more treats for dogs with allergies like sushi rolls cod rolls and veggie treats so please keep going in the right direction.

The staff are always very pleasant and friendly. They are very approachable when you need any help. And they will even carry your bags to the car when they're heavy. So thoughtful. A lovely group of staff

Despite it being closing time and me running through the door at the last second... your staff were friendly, obliging and incredibly helpful giving me additional help and advice. Not for one second did they make me feel like an inconvenience... quite the opposite in fact.

Got what we needed at a reduced price service was excellent

Good food for the dogs, polite and friendly staff.

I was served today by a polite and knowledgeable young man who explained the differences between various brands of dog food. I took his advice and saved 50%. I was reluctant to change but he explained their returns refund policy if my dog didn’t like it. He was very friendly and interested in my dog. All in all a very good experience and I will certainly return.

We went in for a sack of our regular dog food and found it was £6 cheaper than buying it at the supposedly cheaper repeat order price elsewhere. We found the tinned meat we buy was also on offer at a really good price. I think we saved well over £10 on 3 items alone. The staff are always helpful and friendly at Jollyes, this time tracking the last bag of biscuits to the top of the metal shelving and getting it down for us without any hesitation even though it was buried under other sacks of biscuits. The Warrington Jollyes store is a breath of fresh air.

Kids running round the store like a playground. This frightened a few of the dogs in there. The staff didn't do anything about it. It's not a playground.
