Great service! Used jolly tots 8 years ago for my daughter and 8 years on came back for my Neaphew!

David from the birmgham store was so helpful!

The best experience we have had in any baby shop. David was super helpful, was able to demonstrate the products and helped us pack up the car. Would definitely recommend

Recently visited the Evesham store to purchase a Nipper Wagon. The customer service was excellent. They let us try one in our boot to make sure it fits. There was no pressure to buy. The price was the best around and they even disposed of the excess packaging when we bought it so didn't have to take that home. Win win really!
If anyone wants somewhere to look at a variety of products this is the place to go.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Kira sorted me out with a double buggy, bath, play mat and mattress. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have been coming here for over 25 years and they have always been very helpful with what i have needed.

Treasure trove of a place. The shop was full of bargains. David was so much help explaining all about the items. This will be our go to local baby shop, definitely.

I’d like to thank Harvey for such a great experience from start to finish. I purchased a bundle of Nuna pushchair items, and everything was exactly as described at a great price. Delivery was quick and well organised, with everything arriving safely and on time. Communication was prompt, friendly, and very helpful throughout, which made the process easy and stress-free. It’s clear Harvey genuinely cares about his customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

David helped me out with choosing our travel system - the Joie Finiti Bundle. He was such great help. This is my second travel system and I was completely unhappy with my first (from a different company and shop), David made the experience this time round much more relaxed and comfortable. I didn’t feel pressured into buying the first system I looked at. I went back the next day after having a think and brought the system.

Everytime I come to jolly tots be an emergency and need something or I’m just having my usual baby browse for new finds they have got me sorted especially would like to thank David he makes me feel warm and welcomed and is just overall so resourceful and so helpful I couldn’t thank him enough.
