Tom did a great job fitting my EV charger in November 2025, unfortunately the unit developed a fault and OHME had to rectify the problem due to the guarantee, nightmare dealing with OHME direct, six weeks of messing about without a charger. Contacted Tom and he resolved the problem within 24 hours!
New charger fitted and all working well. Can't thank Joltify enough Great company and great people.

What a great and professional company. I chatted to Martin over the phone initially and we talked through several options.
He came to do the survey and we chose the best option that suited us. Even upto almost installation day Martin was happy to answer my queries. Scaffolding up on a Friday and installation work started on a Monday. Super efficient and finished in a few days.

Martin from Joltify came to see us, was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and patient. As a trained electrician he has an in depth knowledge of his products, installation. His advice was honest, invaluable and no overselling. A very down to earth man. We waited several months as per his advice to see our electricity usage as we had only just bought a home in the UK. We agreed that the best option for us were duracell storage batteries. We ordered 4KW which have to date been excellent. Ordering was simple, all processes carried out professionally and quickly and installation very swift over a 2 day period. His ongoing help and advice has been great as have our dealings also with duracell directly. A great company in the UK that answers our other queries. Martin and his team has great communication throughout the experience - the first was for an electric car charger and then we went whole hog for ht ePV solar panels - work was quick and easy and super helpful throughout.

We worked with Joltify on two occasions, firstly to install an electric car charger and subsequently for a solar panel and battery install.

On both occasions, the pre-sales process was clear from the outset. Martin was knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had about the technology and the install.

The installations were efficient, clean and professional at all times. Tom and the team made an effort to ensure a seamless installation, situating hardware and cables as inconspicuously as possible.

It was a great experience from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joltify.

Jolt installed an eight panel PV array and a 9.5kWh battery on my three storey town house. Great customer service, neat and speedy install and everything is working well. Good after sales support too, not that I needed much. Excellent price too - highly recommended

arrived bang on time. efficiently got on with the EV charger installation. The run through using on how to use the app was a bit rushed but was straight-forward to use anyway.

We've now had two installs through Tom at Joltfy.

At our old property rather than rushing to do the quickest job possible, they worked around limitations in the house and managed to get the cabling buried under the house and avoided surface mounts. Similarly at our new house, they managed to sensibly route the cabling without it ruining the looking of the house.

They also take the time to consider the best options based on your setup, like helping us select a charger that will grow with our future needs.

Joltify installed an EV charger for me in mid 2022 and the experience was positive. So opted to go with them for a solar and (Libbi) battery installation after some preliminary discussions with other installers.
The installation was performed within a month of the initial enquiry and was done over the course of 3 days (4 days were provisioned for). Martin and Tom were great and friendly and, as with the EV Charger, it was another positive experience with everything working as it should.

Tom was very knowledgable and helpful. He moved our appointment to a time that suited us, and the installation was quick and effective.

From the first interaction to the completion of the EV charger installation, the service and expertise provided by Tom and Martin was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble, including liaising with other contractors and chasing deliveries. The standard of the installation both inside and outside the house was excellent.

I joined my neighbours to invite Joltify to install a stand-alone home batter storage system to each house. All our 3 houses were done within two days without any problems. Tom is very professional to install everything correctly, also connected GivEnergy AIO to my existing Zappi charger, which even allows me to monitor GivEnergy's battery discharge and charge from Zappi app. We had a bit bad luck when Martin commissioned the system which kept rejecting the requests. Then Martin called the customer service and went through bit by bit. Finally the system was successfully commissioned by 19.30. Now, the system is working well, e.g. discharges ~12.5kwh during peak hours and be charged ~13.5kwh during off peak hours.

We were referred to Joltify by the manufacturer after the original installers changed the terms on us last minute. I can't praise the guys at Joltify high enough. Martin was very meticulous and raised points for consideration that other installers had not mentioned, even if it ultimately raised the bar to proceed with the solar installations. In the end given the risks associated with our specialised roof and the height accessibility, we opted for a battery storage only system. The installation went smoothly and they followed up to make sure the system was working property and with my desired settings.

Tom was excellent throughout the survey and installation process. Very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. All admin/paperwork done thoroughly and in a timely fashion.
