Was told to wait 2 weeks witch I have for a phone call on Monday the 13 at 230 Took time off work as was told to make myself available yet nearly hour later no call and was told I was being rude because I told them that this is unprofessional I have to be available yet they don’t proper joke and unprofessional

Unfortunately the accountancy filed 4 incorrect VAT returns for me and offered me a very small compensation for the errors which caused me a lot of stress. They said they couldn't do anything else to help. Avoid avoid.

I have been with Jonathan Ford & Co for nearly two years now and they are always so communicative and incredibly helpful. I returned back to the UK after living in Australia for some time and my accounts weren't the easiest to cater to, but they did it with ease and the transition to becoming a sole trader was effortless on my behalf. Andrew who deals with my accounts is always there to answer questions and helped push through my tax return (with the help of his team) quickly, to help assist me with purchasing a property - which I am super grateful for. The service is incredibly professional and it's reassuring to know that my accounts/taxes etc are in safe hands. Highly recommend!!
