The team were friendly and professional. We felt we’d know the guys a lifetime in a very short time . This made the visit much less stressful.

Assessment of the boiler revealed corrosion of a component which had lead to a system failure.

This was seen visually and explained as above in non technical language .

A quick repair was made to allow us heating and hot water .

The guys returned as scheduled with the replacement part which was then fitted .
A full service was then preformed.
All in all 10/10

I can’t praise the service received from Jones the Gas highly enough when replacing my boiler this week. I am a retired British Gas Technical Engineer.
From the moment they entered my property they were very polite and professional, keeping me informed of the work progress. The work was done in a clean and tidy manner with very little impact on my daily routine. When installation was finished everything was explained to me, even the warranty was completed. I didn’t have to do anything.

(Written on behalf of T & M Parry) We originally had issues with a leak in the system causing a sever drop in pressure, which couldn't be found or sorted by previous parties. The 2 Deans are very professional and found the leak with no problems. Sorted the pressure issues and installed new radiators. Recently came back for a boiler service with perfect assurance and a fantastic quality of work. They are a pleasure to have in the home and we would 110% Highly recommend to anyone in need of gas or boiler services.

Dean replied to our call promptly, arrived when he said he would, did the boiler service for the price he quoted & left the area cleaner than he found it, what’s not to like?.

Very reliable and professional. Explained what work needed to be done and gave an estimate of the repair beforehand. The cost was very reasonable and he did an excellent job for us. Will be using Dean again for servicing our boiler and for any repairs if/when needed.

We were really happy with the service we received today from Dean. He was able to fix the problem of our hot water losing heat in no time. He is extremley knowledgeable and we would thoroughly recommend him, in fact we think he's a magician and a very nice guy to.
