Not sure where my item was actually delivered, but the company’s response made everything worse. Instead of investigating, they challenged me to prove I hadn’t received it before even considering compensation.
In the end, I had to contact their delivery partner myself just to find out what happened. Only after doing all the work they should have handled did I finally receive a refund, around six weeks after raising the complaint.

The phone case didn't fit!
The cutouts for the buttons are in the wrong places, and I can't get a refund!

Questo è il track della mia spedizione per cover cupra orange. Ordinato il 18 febbraio e ancora oggi nessun arrivo. Tra l altro se apro il tracking mi fa vedere una cover chiave range rover. Vorrei tanto sapere dove è la mia cover e quando arriverà. Venditori poco seri mi dispiace. Spero facciano qualcosa per rinediare a questa incresciosa situazione

**AVOID** jonparts at all cost.I ordered a set of yellow drls for my bmw in November ,5 weeks later I was sent the wrong ones after giving the vin number and details of my car.Booked my car in for fitment of drls and found out they were the wrong ones and still had to pay for garages their time.Contacted jonparts to request return of drls refund and to be reimbursement of garage fees and they are ignoring my emails now.If you’ve any sense you won’t give your money to these guys.I imagine they won’t be in business much longer if they do business this way!Would be happy to remove this review if the issue was rectified and the right thing was done from their side.
10/3/26 jonparts have contacted me to say they will refund me and send new correct drls. Im not holding my breath.I will give this another 2 weeks at most then I will wash my hands and share my review across social media .

Super einfach zu bestellen und einwandfreie Qualität

It came in the wrong key cover and wrong colour.

For 40€, fit and finish are bad. Key can barely fit in. When you manage to squeeze it in, part where you insert key is left gaping wide open so you can clearly see key inside, a lot of dust and debris can accumulate on key and inside the key cover. Even when i attach supplied “keychain” and tighten it, cover still remains pretty much open. Also opening in cover for keychain attachement isnt properly aligned with hole on the key. Key on photos seem to show no visible gaps while fitted and insides are not visible. If this was 10-15€ key cover, 4-5 star rating. But for 40€, just not worth it.

Very poor service - ordered a month ago and not received item, tracking says with courier but jonparts say delivered. It has not been and now I have to try get my money back. Slow generic replies, not helpful at all. Bad experience, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Park arrived just as described

Very good quality.

I ordered 2 sleeves for my car keys. Apparently the courier left it at a pickup point, and I should have picked it up. I never got a notice and it was shipped back. I tried several times to contact jonparts and only respond is, it’s been scheduled for return.
I have stressed I would like my order, but no response from customer service(wrote a week ago).

Very unreliable and poor customer service
