Fantastic product to let my kids listen to music and have control over it.
Simple to configure and use.
Great customer service as well.

We have two Jookies. When they are playing at the same time, they will sometimes pick up the signal from the other one and play that music instead.

We had a problem with our Jookie and the customer service team was ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! They responded quickly and helped us resolve the issue. My son LOVES his Jookie!! We use it daily for his playlists and at night for his sleepcasts. He loves that he can control what he wants to listen to and it gets him dancing and moving his body. I can’t say enough amazing things about our Jooki and the team behind the product. Don’t wait! You won’t regret this purchase!!

A kids player whose marketing team has kids, but who's engineers most certainly don't. Playlists only work on Wifi and downloading an MP3 of the songs you want is nearly impossible. Like children crying in their stroller because they can only listen to their beloved jookie within walking distance of their router? This is the player for you!

First - I am not a bot or hired service but a very happy parent / client. We are extremely satisfied with the Jooki player ! My kids LOVE it and it is user friendly for both adults and kids. The fact that it connects to Spotify is a blessing and was a real game changer for us , after searching many other alternatives such as the Yoto player or Lunii which offer separate content purchase (expensive) or regular MP3 players that require lots of hard work uploading files. This was a real game changer and Jooki’s selling point. I already recommended your product to several friends and mama groups who will make a purchase soon….

The customer service is EXCELLENT. Not only it quick to react, but because it kindly corrected a shipping mistake and sent it to me directly and immediately.

Jookie’s customer support team are amazing! They helped us right away when we got the device for my daughter’s birthday and one of our tokens wasn’t working. They sent us a new one.
Then when the player stopped working (it didn’t want to light up anymore even when plugged in) I again reached out to them and they were so so helpful. Their responses and their solutions were fast! We are so happy and can’t wait to have our Jookie back!
I have recommended Jookie to all of our little friends. It is the best screen-free player we’ve har so far!

Jooki’s customer service is great! Every time I’ve had to email about a problem they’ve responded in less than 24 hours and immediately resolved my issue!

This product gives my kiddo independence within my boundaries of what they listen to! I love that it’s screen free and that the listening content options are pretty unlimited compared to Story Pod or the like. This also make it’s more cost effective! My three year old has books from Spotify connected to one token and music on the other. Both are playlists I customized for him & he loves! We have had some troubleshooting issues, but the Jooki support team has helped us along the way.

Purchased a Jooki last year and loved it. Had an issue with charging within the year and customer service was great. We received our replacement and my kiddo is so happy to have it back. Will be purchasing another for younger kids soon.

We were looking for an alternative for the Tonie boxes, since we do not want to buy new Tonies all the time.
We are really glad that we found Jooki which can easily be linked to our Spotify family account, so we can change the playlist whenever the kids want.
Besides, the support team is super ... quick responses, easy tricks to help and they even found a solution for an out off warranty issue. We can only recommend these music players!

We've had a great experience with customer service too. When our device stopped working and they couldn't solve the problem, it was still within warranty. they quickly arranged a new device.

The jooki Box is a big leap out of the tonie range for children and parents with a Spotify account.

We have been using Jooki play for 2 -3 years now and we love the possibilité we have to listen to music we like without using our phones, just being there with the children or them using it by themselves.

Customer service is AWESOME! I have had a couple of setting issues (I am not very good with tech advices… my fault !) and I have ALWAYS had a human answer (this has become rare nowadays..) and very quick, the same or the next day.

I purchased 2 Jooki units as seen on GMA steals and deals promotions. I was not satisfied with the units as they did not meet expectations for Christmas gifts for 2 grandchildren. Poor volume. Multiply attempts to request information for return and refund with no results.

I got a Jooki for my son a couple years ago. He absolutely loves it. I love that he can listen to music and stories without a screen.

Recently I had trouble connecting to the Jooki. I emailed customer support and within a day I had the answer. My Jooki was in airplane mode.
After following the advice of the service email I'm back up and running.

Can't recommend Jooki enough.

A few years ago we were looking for an alternative to the Toniebox and found Jooki. (We’re from Germany) It’s Great that you can use it as a toddler and as a Teenager because of the Functions and the Look. We have the 1st and the 2nd generation and both work well and the Customer Service does a fantastic job. We always recommend the box when friends are thinking about a music box for their Kids.
