Joolca is a top tier company that actually does it right. It’s not just their product they rely on to be successful; their customer service is consistently world class. The nicest most willingly helpful humans. And they’re always so quick to respond. It only makes me want to continue supporting them.

I have been pleased with Joolca's products and services. Choosing this company was one of the best decisions my family and I made for creating lasting memories while camping. The Gotta Go toilet, HOTTAP Essential, and Ensuite setup are a perfect 10/10 and are must-haves for campers and overlanders. I highly recommend Joolca to all outdoor enthusiasts.

Our experience with Joolca has been top notch since the beginning! Their customer service is courteous, prompt and really cool people. We used the HOTTAP for our outdoor shower and just purchased a second one for an outdoor sink. The HOTTAP is user friendly and has never let us down. I highly recommend JOOLCA for all of your outdoor hot water needs!

I’m just one more person who can honestly say that Joolca’s products are such top quality items of the camping world because of ease of use, and durability in design and manufacturing. I have purchased multiple Joolca items including the HOTTAP Nomad system. Ensuite Double two room shower tent. En-suite Double Awning kit, and En-suite Shower Base. I eventually will be purchasing the Reach extension hose when needing extended length for our water source. This setup also came in handy lately when we had our hot water heater go out for just over a week. We ran our water source from a Home Depot 5 gallon bucket to monitor water usage, and we were able to have hot showers in seconds. This is all before we even have had a chance to use it camping as we purchased the items in the winter here in Colorado. I don’t work for Joolca. I just love their products. On top of the items. Their customer support was top notch as they not only replied quickly. They assisted us to find a quick connect option we ordered off of Amazon that lets us draw water directly from multiple types of faucets.

The company is very supportive. I had one issue with the hoses for my shower. I contacted Joolca and the problem was resolved quickly with out incident

We have bought Joolca equipment for 5 years now and not once have we been disappointed. Any issue or uncertainty I ask them a question and within literally minutes they respond. We were the first batch of Joolca Gotta Go toilet. We love it (as much as you can love a toilet). First trip we noticed spillage so I immediately sent them an email telling them that we had the original short screw on lid. We did a couple of emails with our name and address and they placed an order for the new lid and seals….under warranty no charge. Joolca is a great customer oriented company and I wish all companies were like them!

I have ordered several of the Joolca products some will be delivered in may some have already arrived. Joolca has kept me up to date on my future deliveries and I had a minor issue with one of the slats in the shower base I ordered. I let them know and they responded very quickly and sent a replacement in just a few days. They are very prompt at replying to questions or concerns.

Joolca customer service is outstanding! I have had several times that I have been in contact with them and your representatives have always been courteous, helpful and always professional.

What a wonderful company. I have bought quite a few of their products as I build out my dream camping set up. Great stuff! And their support staff is first class, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have over the last year solved an issue with my hot tap water heater (it was air in the gas line), and replaced a leaking faucet valve. Highly recommended.

Blizzard in Iowa hit and had no electricity or heat for 5 days….house is all electric. thank god for Joolca shower. Was Still was will able to take hot showers everyday after pumping water from well. Game changer !

I LOVE my Joolca HotTap and GottaGo. Customer service has been exemplary! When recently having issues, I received a support request on a Sunday after hours! I was out of cell service and internet. I couldn't resource my own troubleshooting, and Joolca customer service patiently and generously responded despite my spotty messaging to alleviate my issue!!

Anytime time I have a question or issue, they respond in a timely manner.

Fixes/replacements to my issues are resolved quickly.

Orders placed are received quickly.

I had problem with our hot tap in cold weather cracking.They were very helpful and replaced the unit very fast.We are very happy with unit and enjoyed hot showers on our camp trip.

My recent issue was resolved by a very speedy and professional customer care agent at Joolca. I wasn't surprised by that but it's still worth noting publicly that both their product and teams are excellent. We have used our Nomad hottap system for several years during our family camping trips and will continue to do so for as long as we can.

Exceeded Expectations
I reached out after getting frost damage on my new Joolca HOTTAP and received a quick response with helpful resources anticipating my needs and outlining options for me for replacement. They made the process incredibly easy. I really appreciate it! IJoolca will be my go-to for off-grid camping luxuries and I would recommend their products and services to others.

I have several products from Joolca and I am excited to use them when I finally head out on a trip. I have the GottaGo Toilet, the HotTap, and the Tub. My 5 star review is for their AMAZING and fast support, even halfway across the world! I needed a little part and they got back to me asap and I had a tracking number for the item merely hours later! Most Impressive!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Definitely not wasting a single penny on them.
After pointing out an inconsistency on their website about validity of a discounted price, they immediately updated the inconsistency but also removed the discount a month earlier than advertised. Their response was simply "We have changed the website, you can but the product for more money now." Not a thank you, not an admission of false advertising, no nothing. Not even after a repeated question, which just resulted in arrogant replies.
I had my eyes set on about $2000 worth of products, but there's a lucky competitor out there now. Never ever do business with arrogant assholes.

The unit works great but after a few months it will start to break down. Ignition will stop working, you;ll have to turn down the water flow in order for it to alight. Then the hottap cover is faulty, it doesnt fit properly and overtime the zip splits.

I emailed their support over two weeks ago with no reply. Their website states that their products have a warranty but i've yet to receive a response.

Update: Support finally responded and issued a new cover, however I have a 3 month wait time to receive it as it's on back order
