The products on offer are great and the product I bought is excellent. I’m very happy with it.

Sadly the delivery group, Tuffnells, are nothing short of appalling - not great to have a ‘partner’ dismantle your business reputation.

However, Sarah in the Jordan Fitness customer care team was wonderfully responsive and helpful - saved the day.

A good delivery would have made this an easy 5 star …

Great range of products, excellent quality, good value, delivered promptly. I’ve used Jordan a few times now. They’re consistently first class. What more do you need?

Absolute appalling company to deal with. As an email subscriber I received a Black Friday early access code for 15% off. Thinking I was getting a good deal for Black Friday I ordered the item I wanted. Prior to the item being delivered in its entirety I received another email with Black Friday offers, one of which was the item I ordered substantially cheaper! Understandably feeling conned I contacted sales who were an absolute waste of time ‘sorry nothing we can do’ utter nonsense, they just couldn’t be bothered. You can usually tell how good a company is by how they react when something goes wrong. This was just appalling service. After playing ping pong with emails all morning they did say I could have my order collected at my cost then re-order the same item cheaper……which they would have to deliver free as it was above the threshold! What was the point in that, it would cost them more in the end! Shocking experience, do yourself a favour and order from a reputable company with a good customer service charter not this shambolic business, just in case something goes wrong, as you will just get fobbed off. I have only given 1 star as there was no option for zero. Hopefully after reading the review of my experience it will put you off ordering from this company and ultimately cost them a lot more than the few pounds it would have cost them to keep a customer happy and the glowing review I would have given them based on there response. Hopefully if the leadership of the business reads this they will investigate and realise I am just a genuine little customer who rightly feels conned and does something to turn the situation around……although based on my experience I doubt that will happen.

Unfortunately due to using Fedex I have had a bad experience, more a third party review as Jordan are good, just been badly let down by the delivery company of choice which will push me back to Amazon which i try to avoid.

Fantastic bumbells and weight rack. Had an issue with the incorrect rack size and customer services were out of this world. 5*, 10/10, Fabulous. Replaced next day, ready built, easy collection, quick email response. 100% would shop with Jordan again. Thank you for a stress free shopping experience Jordan!

Excellent value and delivered quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased the new Ignite Pump X Urethane Studio Barbell set for doing Body Pump etc at home.

The plates have a raised edge in the middle (the new locking mechanism) so when adding more plates they don't move but unfortunately this is not the case.
As the edges are raised they do not fit snug on the bar nor against the collar, therefore the weights move around especially when doing the clean and press move etc. There is nothing worse than feeling the weight aren't secure when doing faster moves.
I guess this could be resolved by putting the same raised edge fitting on the bar and somehow on the collar but I don't think this will ever be done.
Better to get rid of the raised edge altogether.
I wish I hadn't purchased this set but gone with the Classic Rubber Barbell set.

I’ve been a customer of Jordon Fitness now for six years, I run a Small Functional Fitness Club my annual budget for kit is slightly limited so I’m not a big spender like some big clubs but I still receive the quality service as other big clubs receive.
I’ve always found the after sales to be very good and to me this is very important, I’ve always found the products to be well manufactured, the only thing I’ve had a problem with was a medicine ball that split in well under a year old and that was replaced but the first one was over a year old so could not be replaced, so that’s to medicine balls I’ve had split so I’m not sure these balls match the quality of the rest of the kit I’ve ordered from you.

Service good. Price good. Ordered 65cm in stability balls but when inflated they are smaller than my 55cm ones???

Goods had taken longer than expected and FedEx were not great on delivery due to problems at factory. Generally have had good experience with Jordan Fitness, unfortunately not this time.

Very high quality product with free delivery and well packed. Generally have a range of products depending on your budget. Excellent seller of fitness equipment. Customer services are always excellent in the event of a query.
