Great product and quick delivery.

The product itself is of good quality and I'm happy with this. Delivery was quick. My only issue is that I don't believe the website is clear enough about what you are paying for. It seems to indicate that you also get 2 10kg weights but is not very clear. Now going to have to order those separately.

Good company to deal with, easy to order, fast delivery and quality equipment.

Quick delivery. The product is just what you see on the website, and arrived in excellent condition.

Ordered a barbell and weights set. Customer services called me the next day to say one of the items was not available and would I except a different item to which I said yes as only a colour change. This was more expensive but they did not charge the extra.
Delivery was within two days but unfortunately the bar was bent, it looked like it had been run over, this was not a fault of Jordan but the carrier Fed Ex.
I emailed customer services with photographs and they sent another immediately which arrived the next day.
I would not hesitate to order from Jordan again.

I ordered an item and after waiting over a week I was informed that the item was not available. However I received an immediate refund without any issue.

Would have been five stars, but there was a bit of the gap on how long it would take to get the product - ie it wasn't clear how long it would take.

Great service, good delivery time

I done some browsing around and come across Jordan fitness, saw some of their products thought they look fairly good , decided to pay a a lot for what I thought would be a quality adjustable bench but This was not the case

Upon arrival opened the box and there a few things that stood out

The main part of the cushion was all warped and uneven on one side, then when I emailed about this they said it’s where it was in the box

Then there were few scratches on the product straight out of the box

One of the first parts you need to assemble the bench was the plastic foot For the bottom of the bench and one of these was faulty and would not fit into the desired slot because of this, so straight away seemed poor manufacturing

I then emailed the company with my problems and they had a basic answer for everything, basically saying nothing is wrong. I didn’t receive a response until I rang them to chase the problem .
I was then told to email a certain address to get some help before the next day ended which I got no answer to. I then called again and got the same request to email a different email address with still no response.

So I decided to just carry on and attempt to assemble the bench. As I begin to assemble the bench, I realise there are some nuts and bolts missing, now as the end of working day has gone and I didn’t have any other time to sort this out , I went to screwfix to get the missing bits and bolts and finished putting it up.

The bench is now assembled and for the price I paid the build quality is no where near what it should be. It looks and feels really cheap and feel like there are much better alternatives out there for a fraction of the price.

Just like to highlight my experience with this company and their product as this is most certainly not what I expected with the amount I paid. Really poor customer service, poor manufacturing and missing parts. I would strongly not recommend.
