Excellent service from start to finish.
They guided me through this project with the different options available. Their drawings enabled me to select the best option to proceed with. Communication was great throughout can not fault them for anything they have been very accommodating. James and Joshua are a very friendly and helpful team. Would definitely use them again and will be recommending this company.

We commissioned a glass partition door for the living room in our newly refurbished house from Joshua James Ltd. Their response to our initial query was prompt and they conducted a site visit within a week.
Their customer care and lines of communications were excellent and prompt. We had a high quality beautiful glass door fitted which works well. The team who fitted the glass door were prompt in arrival, skilful and highly professional. We had an overall hassle free positive experience and would highly recommend this company.

We spent months researching a very specific type of steel door, which is more prevalent on the continent but very tricky to find in the UK. We nearly gave up the hunt before we came across Joshua James Ltd. We're so glad that we did.

We were moving into a beautiful, luxury apartment and neither of us had wanted a fire door of any description - indeed, the previous owner had filed to instal one in 6 years for fear it would detract from the open vista upon entry to the property. But Regulations demanded one. Behold, our prayers were answered when we discovered Joshua James who embraced such wonderful, contemporary doors that would not just answer the problem but actually add to the look and feel of the new property.
Surveys and designs were provided promptly and installation was within the original estimated period. The installers themselves were courteous and efficient and the overall project completed on time, on spec., on budget and met to our total satisfaction. In fact it even exceeded that. Well done.

We love our new steel glazing and are so pleased with the high quality of product and service we have received. The bespoke steel and glass partitioning was designed and constructed to divide a master bedroom and snug area, without obscuring river views. From start to finish, the project was delivered in a top quality way with real attention to detail and at a competitive price. Communication was always quick, helpful and friendly and our location in Cornwall also didn't seem to pose any problems! The end result looks stunning.

Was shopping around for a company to provide us with bespoke steel doors for a non-standard opening in our ground floor renovation.
Stumbled upon Joshua James and the guys were fantastic to deal with. I needed sliding glass doors between my lounge and conservatory. After contacting several companies, and really being messed around, I contacted Joshua James Ltd. Although they were situated quite a distance from my area, I decided on them to do the work. This was because, from start to finish, they were friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. Communication was excellent, and after measuring up, I received the detailed drawings very promptly. The doors were fitted, and I am very pleased with them. The company went to great lengths to make sure that I was happy throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We’ve been very pleased with our bespoke crittall sliding doors from Joshua James and would happily use them again. They were very responsive and quick to provide quotes, drawings and additional information when requested.
On installation there was a problem with the weighting of the doors so they weren’t running smoothly, this was then dealt with quickly to resolve and a new fitting date to complete works very quickly agreed. They now slide perfectly!

Joshua James supplied and installed two internal glass screens - one fixed and the other with a door. They did an excellent job - provided a quote very quickly, measured up a few days after I accepted the quote, sent me drawings and computer generated images for my approval a few days later and installed the doors in line with the programme they'd advised, a few weeks after that. Looks like they've done an excellent job. I don't normally post reviews, but I found them so easy to work with, and so reliable, that I felt that I should do so on this occasion.
