Box was damaged. Looked like it had been used as a football.
I ordered a large lamp. Was sent a small lamp.
Checking now if it's doing what it says.
Living in the countryside , plenty of insects, so let's see if it works.

Shoppers beware! I ordered and paid for a product which was shipped incomplete making the product completely useless. I contacted Joy-Bliss support to raise the issue. They refused to ship the missing parts. Instead they suggested a small refund as compensation for their error or I ship the incomplete order back to them (internationally) for a refund of the order only (no refund on shipping costs). After numerous requests by me that they just send out the missing/part shipped items like any other reputable vendor would, they continue to refuse to do so. I’m left with only part of what I ordered and paid for and no commitment by Joy-Bliss to adequately resolve their mistake. Absolutely appalling customer service and lack of ownership to fix their issues. Don’t waste your money on this organisation.

Terrible returns policy. Bought hair trimmer on FB, it broke after 6 months, no refund or new product. Avoid if you dont want to be ripped off.

They are a scam and we need to ensure they are closed down completely. I am currently chasing Barclays bank to chase and inform their bank that they run a scam operation. What they do is, they send one or 2 wrong products to make people believe they are genuine but 90% of customers do not get anything. They even used Evri for their scam. ITS NEARLY 4 WEEKS NOW AND I CAN'T RECEIVE MY PARCEL. GUYS DON'T GIVE UP, LETS SHUT THE DOWN

I ordered amale shaver priced £32.35 on the 10th June 2023 and I received a pet grooming comb witch I would value at les than £5 i don't even have a pet!!!! :-(

They are scams.
I have order 4 clippers, got only 3.
Parcel was wrapped in plastic bag, no way 4 can fit it. They don't care.

Possibly a scam.
Ordered clippers two months ago, they keep promising they are on there way. The tracking places my item 2000 miles away on the other side of Australia. Apparently been there for one month.
They say they are still on there way. That may be true, they just don't know when, this year, next year? Perhaps they are waiting for someone to go past that's heading my way? "oh. could you drop these off to brisbane please?"

This company is a scam don't waste your money I ordered from the website a month ago and haven't received anything and all I get is the run arounds when I try to get answers or get a refund. They are con artists

Fix the product

These people are absolute criminals. Despite what they advertise they deliver what they want. Buy 2 get 1 free (as advertised) means nothing because they deliver 2 & then argue until the cows come home. Never again.

Have ordered the trimmer for which they gladly took the money for then silence. It was only when I raised a dispute through PayPal a number of weeks later that they even looked at the order then ignored it again. Some six weeks later they said they send it but 14 days later still nothing. A dispute with PayPal is ongoing.

Ordered from joy bliss they sent a tracking showing item departed from Italy...a month later still no package and tracking says its in the USA. Sent the company a complaint....they send me back two different tracking numbers....one saying item is in China and the second showing the USPS never received a package. I thought by using PayPal it would be ok but still got scammed. My receipt on the order slip is also less that what I was actually charged through paypal.

This website is a scam. Please be aware. They have world wide services showing on their website to sell their products. But no products arrives. I have ordered a hair trimmer. When i check my shipment status it shows delivered. I have been trying to contact them by phone call but there’s no voice call number on the website. All they have is a site support address as support@ joy-bliss.com. And when you contact them they send you email saying “”ask one of your family member if they signed in the post”” they are like joking with people. You cant also get refund as they have policy that if you don’t return the product you wont get the refund but hey, I didn’t arrive on the address in the first place. They say ask nearest post office and then they give you this tracking number to give it to the post office to check the update but they don’t recognised that tracking number. One of my post office guy literally said to me that youre the 6th person who has the same kind of 20digit number Why don’t you guys do something about it complain it online or somethin so i am doing it right now people. I lost 28 pounds and I don’t want anyone loose more on this website. I ordered of £28. May be some people will order more than 200 and they will feel so bad like i am feeling right now
