Disappointed
I ordered pens from this company. Was sent an email that my order had shipped and then the next day sent an email that more then half my order was not available. I was credited for what they didn’t have but when it arrived I had ordered yellow pens. The pens I received were not yellow but more of a gold color. I unfortunately will not be ordering from the company again.

We ship these orders from China and shipping depends on the weight and volume of what you choose (especially backpacks, key rings, scarves, these are very heavy and take up a lot of time when packing) and then there are some products that have a shipping special, such as things with a battery, lenses or glasses, makeup products, which are things that need special packaging so that we can send it and that it arrives in good condition, finally, if you take things from stationery, it is likely that it will cost of shipping and cost of the products is greatly unbalanced, since this type of merchandise are things that cost very little, however they are things that for the price they have, there is enough weight, but if you then do the final calculation of everything, the price that comes out per piece after adding the shipping because it will be very cheap since it is compensated by our low price of the products.

I ordered twice from this website
I ordered twice from this website. And didn't not receive my items that I had ordered. This company took my money both times and now I'm out of pocket a little over $300.00. So I strongly do not recommend this website to no one. For me it's a leason learned. My bank blocked me from this company and put a block on this company because something didn't look right to them. I trust my bank. I have ordered at other places online and haven't had an issue with any other company but this one. So for this company to to accuse me of fraud is absurd. This company has my money and I have no items. So anything about fraud is this company, because they have my money and I have no items that I purchased. So if this company is not going to send me my item's that I purchased I would greatly appreciate it if they returned my money that was tooken out of my bank before my bank put a block on this card because they thought this company looked suspicious. And I have documents from my bank showing where they took the money out. And now this company is wanting me to send my photo ID. I am not sending a photo ID because they are to many people working in the USA that use other people's ID. I will just keep on ordering from the other companies that I have been ordering from. And for the joyasdechina to call me a fraud is their option not fact. Besides IF I was a fraud ,like joyasdechina acusses me of, why did my 1st and 2nd transaction from my bank pay for the items I ordered from joyasdechina?

Hello Carol, We have tried to contact you several times but it has not been possible, your two orders have not been sent effectively because in both orders the system has detected it as fraud/dangerous, and in order to continue with this order we need you to provide us with the documents that we have sent you in the emails, we await your response soon to be able to continue with this request, thank you very much and have a good day.
In this case, we have proof that you are a fraud, so if you do not want to provide the required documents, nothing happens, the money will be returned to you after 30 business days from when you made the order, if you really believe that we are a fraud. Why when we asked you to send us the document in his first order, you ignored us at that time, and you kept making the second order, i can send you proofs to your email about the payment risk, you only to send us the documents required and we will be able to send this package. thank you
in the two orders that you have made on our page, the system has detected that the IP address from where the order was made and the delivery address are about 1000 KMS, so the system has automatically frozen this two orders until you provide us the required documents and prove that you are the author of the used card, otherwise as I said before, it will be returned to you in 30 business days.
Nothing happens, we have already told you what we need, and if you really want and you are not fraud, I do not know why you do not cooperate, if it is not fraud why you do not prove that you are the author of the used card, the system has detected fraud in the two purchases for something, if it had been an error, in the second order that you made, the alert should not have been triggered, which has happened and in both cases it has been triggered by a fraud alarm

I have been waiting for this order for weeks now no tracking number no updates, And when I’ve inquired about it they say they can’t give me a tracking and I paid for express shipping this is BS, I was so excited about getting these items… I just hope this arrives eventually

Hi Debbie, you placed the order on May 11th for us and on May 15th we shipped your order, and that same day we shipped your order, we had sent you an email with the package information and also the tracking number, On April 29, you wrote to us to ask about the status of your order and we have also answered you and also provided you with a tracking number, and I don't know if it's because you got confused or something, but in your first order you paid for a Standard Shipment (14-20 business days of transit with shipping logistics), I hope I have resolved your doubts and you can contact us for anything, thank you very much
