Joyasdechina is a wonderful wholesale website. I sell self defense items and purchased from them and everything came in a timely manner and was of good quality. I will definitely shop here some more.

Recently, i shopped some jewelry items from joyasdechina. I had never seen that type of fast delivery service and contact support. I would buy again in future. Keep it up

terrible experience and will NEVER shop from here again. almost a month later and still have not gotten my order.

No one in customer support reaches out to let you know that they do not have ALL the items that one orders. I would like to be informed and then see if I even want to continue with the rest of the order. Also, the warehouse needs another system with tracking inventory. I am able to purchase but after 11 days processing then I get an email stating ordered has shipped but several items out of stock. That is very unprofessional.

Shipping updates takes so long and not up to date when trying to track my package. When it finally got to me, one of the keychains cracked and the liquid leaked out of the whole package.

Como comerciante, es muy importante la comunicacion y la confianza con los proveedores. Es primera vez que hago negocio con Joyas de China y la experiencia hasta ahora es muy favorable, hay buena comunicacion y saber el progreso de tu envio dia a dia es relajante.

No doy la quinta estrella, porque me parece mucho el tiempo que se tardan en hacer el envio, eso y el los dias que tarda en llegar a mis manos es mucho tiempo, eso significa dinero en el aire... En general muy bien.

I didn't like the fact that my order got cancelled because I didn't buy enough products. I didn't like the fact that part of what I ordered was available for larger orders but I had to wait....Jorge was always there to answer my questions but I felt like he wasn't happy to do so... even though I thank him.

I ordered a keychain from them only for it to be canceled because there is an “order minimum” I was not informed anywhere that I had to order at least 5 keychains…. Wow…. they canceled my order… what a time waste…

Love my experience from buying from them!!! Jorge is so helpful with deciding items and what’s best to sell for me!! He also communicates really well with me on my order of their is a delay!! Love the quality of products for my small business!! If you do end up missing an item when they deliver, they take care of it right away for you! Have ordered several times from them and will continue to keep ordering!
