Joyeauto makes great products and offers excellent customer service. I have 3 of their devices and they all work great. With these devices there is hardly a need to upgrade a touchscreen head unit. Joyeauto brings so many features to a car , more than the manufacturer. I have worked with Howard in the support system for these devices and he was amazing...fast service and reliable help. If you want to upgrade your car infotainment then I highly recommend Joyeauto...they are really great

I have a Volvo v60 2019 I fitted this unit in no time at all instructions are good but I still made a simple mistake and after contacting the company they spotted my mistake and gave me instructions to fix it. Within a very short time . And help a few weeks later when my phone lost connection again instant communication very professional company highly recommend.

I have a 2014 Maserati Quaterpotte GTS. My original 2014 system wasn't working good, so I bought a 2015 Panasonic/Maserati infotainment system and added the Joyeauto to upgrade to Android Audio and this system was plug and play. In thr settings I just had to turn on auto through phone to get phone music from my phone over the car speakers. It's a great system, works well. Highly recommended if you want to keep your current factory stereo and also upgrade to be able to play music with your iPhone or Android, along with a lot of other functions like Google maps, etc.

It works but not as good as they say and the back up not great think it was not code correctly for my jeep !¡!!

all work well - installation was complicated but not related to the product. probably a bit more of info, even online for installation and diagnostic would make it an stellar product.

Not a good product, the ai CarPlay box overheats and turns off, I’ve had 2 and both do the same, I wouldn’t recommend this product

The sales team handled my order well and made sure that I ordered what I needed, Jasper handled that side of it also made sure that my order reached me in good time. My order arrived in good time and I set about installation. I experienced a few hiccups along the way, some my own doing and some not, but with the help of Jack in technical, he soon had me up and running. Overall I thought the service I received was very good

Perfect products.

I ordered module to my Infiniti q50. I have got very fast and installed myself.
At the begining, I had problem with connection. I wrote message to them and I got very helpful answes. Jack is a great serviceman, he sent me lot of recommendation and finally, everything working well.

No runaround, no hassle, just quick, professional, and genuinely customer-focused support. That kind of service is rare, and I really appreciate how they handled it. Highly recommended.

These guys were very responsive and helpful with a sound issue I had with one of their MMB boxes. I was getting a slight crackle when playing audio from audiobooks. I followed their guide, and uploaded debug logs, from which they sent an OS update, which fixed the issue. Very happy, and recommend their products. They seem to have some good technical people who know what they are doing.

I had problem with my MMB BMW AI BOX that couldn't connect to the car head unit. I contacted customer service and the technician gave me a clear straight forward solution that worked.

Everything went very good. Great support! Support assisted me in installing the device with no issues.

When I had issues with pluging carplaybox, they added me to a privat chat with tecnician to check connectors, and all working well after that.
