Couldn’t be happier with the install of my unit. Finally have Apple CarPlay in my W222 S Class. Zero compromise to the audio and display quality. Looks incredible; couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend LUXIN enough!

Having shopped around - I settled on Luxin after seeing their Insta page.
Everything arrived promptly & the video links looked straightforward…
Not being that adept at removing car audio & aircon panels - it took me longer than suggested, but i did get it connected after a WhatsApp dialogue. Sadly we established that one of the connections was faulty, but Luxin shipped another one out promptly - which i was able to fit easily & quickly. Again i needed the WhatsApp support, but we cracked it in 5 minutes.
A great product with great support. Just go into the fitting process with realistic expectations !

I had been debating for quite some time whether to upgrade my original screen for a touchscreen or keep it as is and invest in a wireless CarPlay module to make my car more current. It is overwhelming to see so many advertisements on social media without knowing which ones are fake and which ones are real. When I came across one about Luxin, the wording resonated with me. So I started doing some research and found out there have only been going for couple of years which made me nervous at first. But a company good or bad has to start somewhere. So I contacted them with 100s of questions about their product and compatibility with my car. At that moment, I sense they were different. The care, the patience and the support I have received even before I received the module I had ordered (which by the way came within 3 days) were on a level I have rarely witnessed. They did not just sell me a product and disappeared. They have been there with me (and continue to be) every step of the way. Even though it is plug and play, I decided to let my garage do the install. The instructions and videos were clear. But on top of that, they were a WhatsApp click away on standby happy to help my technician with the install. Needless to say that I am very pleased with the product itself and can now enjoy using Waze or Google maps on a bigger screen on the dash rather than on my smart phone attached to a vent which used to wobble whilst driving on potholes. Massive shout out to Augustinas. You are a legend! It is important to note that Luxin products are only compatible with BMW and Mercedes.

The connection instructions are very clear, you just need to be careful to firmly connect all of cables together otherwise screen won’t turn on. I had this issue but customer support fixed the issue very quick. Full screen carplay is amazing and it works perfect on my M4 F82.

It's so refreshing to find a site that does a great job. Having ordered an after market plug and play module for my Mercedes I was nervous trying to fit it myself. It looked so simple on the videos in the links that were in the manuals received. In truth it would have been other than Mercedes making it hard. The force needed to remove the air vents was alot. Couldn't believe it when they finally gave and came out. Anyway , having got it installed I am loving it. FULL Android Auto on my screen. Always wanted sat nav built in. I am made up with the unit and support received. I missed a 10% discount code at purchase, asked by email and was refunded %10 immediately. Great service and communication using WhatsApp. Well done Luxin.

I've had a 2014 Mercedes from new and allways wanted Andriod Auto capability, but did not fancy removing the centre console myself.
After a few txt with Luxin, I decided to give it a go.
It arrived within two days of ordering.
The manual, had a link to a video on how to remove the centre console and connect wiring looms.

Console out,all cables reconnected, console back in all in under 90 mins including coffee break to steady my nerves.
After less than 5 mins set up all worked except Audio which refused to work.
A few WhatsApp photos of car and fone screen to Luxin and problem solved (BT audio transfer switched off in car)
I had asked Luxin quite a few questions before I ordered and also after install and they always replied in less than 1 hour.
All is now working perfect
( I never mention people by name as its not allways appropriate) but

I am writing to share my experience regarding the CarPlay module I recently purchased and Luxin’s customer service after the installation.
On July 27, 2026, my mechanic installed the module in my 2017 BMW X4 M40i. My vehicle is well-equipped with every accessory except for Apple CarPlay, but that is no longer the case. The system looks great and operates as though my vehicle had CarPlay all along. However, after using the system for a day, I noticed that my “hey seri” was not operating correctly. So, today, July 29, 2026, I contacted customer service for help. I assumed that they would tell me to take my car back to mechanic who installed it. I was wrong. They said that they would walk me through how to correct the problem. They did that and more! While on the phone for close to a hour, I was told multiple times that they are not in a hurry. So, I don’t have to worry about being rushed. The level of communication, patience, competence and overall customer service far exceeded my expectations! Now my Carplay operating system is perfect. This company’s corporate culture was on full display and it is impressive!

I purchased the android auto Evo version unit for my 2017 Bmw x4 m40i. Before i installed it I sent a message to the luxin guys just to verify the installation. They instantly got back to me and guided me with all my questions. I have installed the unit and it works excellent. Even with my 360 camera buttons. Thank you guys for the excellent service. I Highly recommend them.

I had problems. But the guys at Luxin were perfectly supportive over a number of days. They sent a new unit out to me in no time. The new one was perfect. Thank you for excellent customer support. And thank you for an excellent product.

Installation was simple to follow and provided an excellent upgrade to my stock system!

Had questions before the purchase, which they answered very quickly via the WhatsApp support. I bought two devices and the installation was easily performed without problems. Only had problems with Bluetooth connectivity, but the competent support via the WhatsApp solved the issue quickly and now all is working perfectly. Can recommend them anytime.
