Brought this for my son who is a tradie, perfect size and built tough. Should last him forever. Very happy with how it feels and looks. I’m sure he will be happy with his Christmas present.

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent! I called them up to request a specific version of the Pelican Air 1615 which did not come with Yellow padded inserts and they were able to put together a Silver case with the inserts and the price was more than competitive against Amazon or other camera retailers including the shipping. I appreciated the flexibility of their product range and being able to provide what I was specifically looking for over the telephone. 5 Stars ***** and I will definitely purchase my next Pelican Air case from this company again.

Very happy first time customer!!
Upon my initial call and chat with Angus, I received support and advice. With time pressure on my side, the effort that was extended to meet the deadline is extremely appreciated!!

SERVICE 🌿?🍂 was good
SERVICE 🌿?🍂 was good! arrived after a reasonable time, so very happy with that end of the transaction. However the product itself is disappointing on my end. This is more pelicans problem than yours.
