5 star service. Excellent customer experience. During our boating years we have purchased several items from an Isotherm 12v fridge to heaters and have always received 1st class service. More recently a repair to our heating sysyem on "Tipsy Mouse" from diagnostics to repair all down within 24 hours. Superb. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, rang customer service enquiring about order told they had been despatched 3 days ago , rang back 10 minutes later told order has not yet been despatched, I asked to cancel order and was told that even though not yet despatched they could not cancel the order,, but told I could return but would have to pay return postage on top of delivery charge that has not even taken place, most unhelpful customer service staff I have come across, avoid this company
I have given 1 star as it is not possible to give a zero.

I did not receive a confirmation of booking when I purchased a fridge via Paypal. But when I called to ask if my purchase had gone through JPC contacted me straight back to conform it was arriving the next day. So all good in the end but Paypal confirmations need looking at

The service and advice was extremely helpful. Expedited our order promptly.
On a previous purchase I had to return a product as I had incorrectly ordered. No problem returning for a full credit.
Integrity is quite obvious.

Great help and advice to identify the problem with our bow thruster then prompt delivery of the necessary parts. Can’t recommend JPC enough.
