JPC Direct Ltd. launched as a business in 2013, when owner and director, Tom Gardiner purchased the company from his employer, JPC Ltd. The company had been agents for Webasto and Side-Power since the year 2000. We offer sales, installation, servicing and support of marine heating, air conditioning, bow and stern thrusters, marine refrigeration and marine generators. JPC sell only the best products available on the market, including Webasto diesel heaters, Webasto air conditioning, and Side-Power bow and stern thrusters. Isotherm fridges, Isotemp water heaters and Whisper Power, Paguro, Fischer Panda and Kohler marine generators, are also part of our range. Our online shop also offers a full range of parts for all of the above brands.

Webasto Airtop 5000 problem…
I telephoned with a Webasto Airtop 5000 problem, Fault code 01 which means the heater will not start ..... something already known!
I received advice, took it, ordered and received the part, installed the part and all working perfectly, thank you.

Use JPC Direct with confidence
I contacted Tom at J P C Direct in the first instance for some technical assistance, he responded really quickly and was extremely helpful and clearly very knowledgeable too.
It was clear through several conversations that he was not just all about getting a sale and genuinely if anything he tried to keep cost down for me. I went onto make a purchase. Use this company with confidence knowing you will get genuine help along side great customer service. Also, Geoff was helpful too.

Very helpful, prompt dispatch, excellent quality
The company responded to my technical question very promptly and gave me valuable advice. They helped me select the correct product required to solve the problem and dispatched it very quickly. When receive the product was exactly as expected and to a very high quality, and worked perfectly first time. Very impressed and would use this business again, thank you

Poor correspondence and no tracking information provided
Bought because site said in Stock, placed order and it wasn’t in stock. Follow up correspondence was poor and no tracking information provided despite being requested twice. Not received item and without tracking information or response from JPC I am stuck.

Sorry for the delay in delivery. Fed Ex tried to delivery 6 times over the festive period, but I understand you were away.
This package should be redelivered upon your return tomorrow (7/1/25).
During this period we were shut for Christmas/New Year, so this explains the lack of communication from the office.
Once again I apologise for the delivery delay and the fact that our service has fallen below the standards we set ourselves.

Good products at reasonable prices with great communication. Thought that delivery was a bit expensive even though it arrived quickly. This is why I withheld the final star.

Hi Mark - thanks for the review - I appreciate your thoughts on the price of courier shipping but we do find Fedex extremely reliable for next day UK delivery and prompt international delivery - when we launch our new site this year we will be looking to provide a wider range of options for the customer to select the price and service they require - Kind regards, Greg (JPC)

Quick Resolution of Purchase Issue
There was an error in the initial item picking -- I ordered 2 items and only 1 was shipped out. After a quick email to JPC Direct, the 2nd item was immediately shipped to me. I understand that mistakes happen and the quick resolution of the problem was great. I would definitely order from JPC again.
