Great that the shutter hinges and brackets were sent - however I am fitting 2 sets of shutters and was sent 6 right hand brackets and 2 left hand brackets. So I have some cutting and welding to do. I also ordered some extra bolts these were priced separately for postage - however they were included with the brackets so I had 1 parcel but paid 2 lots of packing and postage. I guess you live and learn.

Having made an error regarding my delivery requirements JP Ironmongery went to considerable trouble to alter my order. This was done with goodwill and good humour.

Even though delivery seemed expensive, when the all inclusive price was compared to high street DIY stores, it still worked out cheaper.
Also I received what I expected, heavy duty spikes that weren't going to bend when I whacked them with a mallet.
And finally the product arrived quickly. All round perfect!

Ordered steel road pins at a competitive price and they were delivered in 2 days. Very pleased at the outcome.
