I put my trusses tequired out to three companies
By the time i started to fit my truses the other two companies had not even got back to me with a price
What made it even better the quote i received from Tailor Made was the best out of the three.

Really helpful company to assist with our posi joists, very responsive to changes and know what they are doing!

From the very start I knew that they were professional. I provided approximate dimensions and received an accurate estimate and comprehensive diagram within a couple of hours. I didn’t bother with any other company after that. Slight adjustments of my measurements were accepted and again dealt with efficiently. The delivery driver went over and above to get the trusses delivered reversing down a long and difficult lane. The actual trusses were exact and came with a laminated diagram ( very useful in the rain). Fully recommend this company. Many thanks.

Bought a large span Glulam beam for my garden building. Tailor Made were extremely helpful right through the design and purchasing process, then delivered it to me quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this company, excellent.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I have only just finalised my order with them but have been so impressed with them that I wanted to review them immediately. Their customer service is exceptional. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had a delay in ordering and so needed quite a tight turnaround. Tailor Made Designs made it happen - without this I would have lost the carpenter and potentially the bricklayer as we have had previous issues with our build that have delayed things. Email correspondence was replied to very quickly (by which I mean within an hour or two) and were a good balance between friendly and professional. I spoke to three different people on the phone who were all polite, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Tailor Made Designs.

Ordered one design, but on looking at plans they sent over needed to change it. Was no issue. As we are local, Ordered , changed design and delivered within 48hrs.

Honestly the best service ever

We asked two companies for a quote the other company couldn’t give us the same height of the roof and took weeks to tell us this. My builder then asked tailor made to design our roof and the service was incredible. Came back so quick and achieving exactly what we needed

Absolutely excellent service from Tailor Made Designs.
I only need a few posi-joist for a project, but the team made me feel like my order was just as important to them as a large order.
I was able to collect in person, and the shop-floor team were equally welcoming!
Also, excellent quality products at a good price. :-)
