Booked my holiday through another provider and then came across this amazing company. Only wish I came across them sooner.

As I booked a boat trip with snorkelling and a island stop for me and my family. The snorkelling team, boat crew, guides and photographers were absolutely amazing. we stopped and had 2 snorkelling sessions and then stopped on hula hula island for a few hours their service throughout the day was brilliant.

I must say the fluid communication from Lisa and Scott was the best I have ever had from any company.

No question is to silly, they would rather you ask and get the answer the not no. Highly highly recommend and if this is anything to go by I will be booking all my holidays through them going forward.

Wow wow wow. Couldn't recommend Lisa and Scott at JRT travel highly enough. We are newbies to Egypt and needed something from a pharmacy. They went over and above to go and pick up/deliver what we needed and that was before our amazing morning trip to see/swim with the dolphins in the beautiful red sea. Communication and service was first class and my beautiful girls loved every minute. Even getting to drive the speedboat. We loved it so much we've booked another trip with these guys. Soft drinks and snacks were provided on the boat as was some crazy dancing by our host on the boat. So pleased we booked this trip. Thank you for helping create so many memories for my family 🙌❤️🇪🇬

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ JRT Travel – An Unforgettable Experience from Start to Finish

Booking with JRT Travel was one of the best decisions we made for our holiday. Communication with Lisa was effortless — she’s incredibly friendly, genuinely caring, and full of helpful information. Her prices were unbeatable compared with other tour sellers, and the teams she works with are just as amazing as she is.

We had the most unforgettable time on the Red Sea. From our private speedboat to snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, and visiting both White Island and Orange Bay, every moment felt magical. Our Super Safari was another highlight — even though it was a group experience, it still felt personal and tailored to us.

I’d recommend Lisa 100%. In fact, I’ll definitely be using her again to book my next holiday.

Lisa also arranged all our taxis through trusted people, which made such a difference. After hearing stories from others at our hotel who felt unsafe or were overcharged, we were so grateful to have everything handled by someone who genuinely cares about our wellbeing.

A special shoutout to Scott, too. He drove us to the Marina and shared so much insight about life in Hurghada — from local culture to the government’s programme for strays, which was fascinating to learn about. Lisa and Scott are honestly the most genuine, kind, and beautiful couple you could ever meet.

Thank you for everything.
Lots of love,
Danii, Danielle, Aimee & Renee

Lisa booked our annual girls trip to Majorca. First time booking, but definitely won’t be the last! So helpful and knowledgeable, made our booking go so smoothly! Thanks lisa!

Currently booked my summer holiday to Tenerife with Lisa as she was highly recommended by my friend. And what can I say she was so friendly and helpful from the very start, as soon as I sent Lisa a message and email she got back to me straight away to say hello and less then 24 hours later she recommended so many kid friendly amazing looking hotels in different countries but I was pest and didn’t know were I wanted to go except Tenerife so Lisa got us a fab deal and we settled with that with a few giggles along the way! Thanks again xx

I’ve booked with Lisa for last few holidays she’s so patient and professional and so easy to book thru defo recommend 👌5*

Just returned from my first visit to Egypt booked by Jrttravel my first time booking with an independent travel agency . Lisa got me an unbelievable price and answered any questions I had about Hurghada as I was a little dubious. Free transfer from Scott with the price. We had an unbelievable time and superb service from Lisa . Would really highly recommend you booking with Jrt Travel . I will definitely using her again . Thank you Lisa and Scott .

Just returned from Egypt booked by Lisa great hotel recommended by Lisa. Great service as usual booked a few trips now she goes above and beyond for her customers. Arranged a free private transfer and checked us in got boarding passes emailed. All hassle free.

Lisa handled our trip to Florida and a large booking for 10 people! We had to do a last minute change of accommodation for personal reasons and despite being peak time for Lisa in January she sorted this out quickly & smoothly. So far booked 3 holidays with Lisa and will continue to do so! Fab service x

Booking with Lisa was so easy. We reached out got prices and lots of advice for our trip to New York. She gave us options for flights which we hadn’t thought about and made sure we had all the information about the hotels we we were considering to help make choosing easier.
Lisa was always at contactable with any questions and even thought of things with the booking that we didn’t.
We had an amazing trip and Lisa made that happen. Would not hesitate to book again.

I have booked so many holidays with Lisa since 2023 and everytime she has made everything so easy! from finding a good deal to help along the way especially when it came to big group bookings! Can't recommend enough.

I always book my holidays with Lisa and just booked another I’ve never been disappointed. Thanks again Lisa ❤️

Cannot thank Lisa enough for the effort she made to ensure my parents had an amazing boat trip recently in Hurghada. Great communication throughout and reassurance that despite my parents being elderly and less mobile, they would still be looked after
Will definitely look to work with the team again

Having come across Lisa 2 years ago, i won't go anywhere else. having the comfort of knowing that she is at the end of a call or message has us as a family relaxed and ready to go. whether it was a few days away or our trip to Agadir. We have now booked up for our next break in Tunisia. Thank You so much Lisa. Looking forward to speaking to you soon to organise our next holiday.

We originally looked for our xmas/new year holiday to Hurghada Egypt with easyJet & TUI and narrowing it down to a few hotels but the price was a little above our budget, so for the first time (a little apprehensive ) I thought I will see what the independent travel companies can do, so glad I did!
Lisa was fantastic with communication explaining everything and getting a very good price & a little bonus of private transfers with Scott (her husband). Felt so much more comfortable knowing Scott would be there to greet us.
Although we didn’t go on any trips this time I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lisa & Scott for trips also. Communication is super quick.
We will definitely be contacting Lisa for our future trips anywhere in the world.
Thanks again Lisa & Scott.

After failing to find the holiday we wanted ourselves we contacted Lisa. Lisa took a note of our wish list and promptly got back to us with a great deal for disneyland paris. Everything went smoothly. Lisa was always on hand to answer any questions.
