10/10 service provided anytime I had questions they were answered to my satisfaction

Lisa booked myself and partner the gran prix at Abu Dhabi , we had a fantastic time , from the booking to our holiday fantastic communication from lisa.

We arranged our airport transfers and a trip to the marina with Lisa & Scott. From the moment of contacting with our enquiry they have been nothing but very helpful and accommodating.

JRT have so many contacts to arrange excursions and take the stress away by planning and arranging everything.

I would 100% recommend them. Thank you so very much 🥰

We would like to thank Lisa and Scott. We couldn’t recommend enough! We have had constant communication throughout our stay answered to all our questions and regular updates on trips we have booked, transfer was quick and easy very friendly and helpful people.

Will use again if we return

Dealt with Lisa @ JRT Travel whilst on Holiday in Egypt her service was excellent so when came back decided to actually go through her for my complete package holiday for 2026, can not have been more helpful, found me a great deal and can not be happier with the service, highly recommend and will be using for years to come.

Lisa and Scott went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing birthday on my first trip to dolphin house always kept in contact and are very friendly approached they do amazing at there job and make sure everything goes smoothly with your trip aswell your transport Lisa has helped me prior to coming out to Hurghada aswell as being out here and will defo be using them again when we come back out hopefully next year

They went above and beyond from start to finish. Lisa and Scott are simply the best! Every detail was handled with care, and they treated us like family the entire time. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. An unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

I honestly wish I could give Lisa and Scott more than five stars! As someone who can be a very nervous holidaymaker, they completely understood my expectations from the start and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

What makes them truly special is that they don’t operate like a “one size fits all” company — they treat every customer as an individual, and honestly, like family. Their care, communication, and attention to detail are second to none.

Even coming to the hotel to meet and discuss options with me initially and put my mind at ease

We booked several excursions through them — Cairo to see the pyramids, Luxor, Paradise Island — and every single one was incredible. We even used their service to get to the marina, and again, everything was seamless.

If you’re thinking about booking with this company, do it. You’ll be in the best hands possible. Lisa and Scott genuinely care, they’re always just a message away, and they make your holiday stress-free and unforgettable. Absolutely outstanding! 🌟

Booked another amazing holiday with Lisa, trip of a life time to Thailand, can't wait to book another and another, service is second to none 😀 😄

Unbelievable service that many larger travel agents can’t even get close to matching! Fantastic customer-focused service, tailored to individual need from quote to online check in. No need to look elsewhere! 👍👍👍

JRT travel helped me booked my first family holiday. With a mix of teenagers and a toddler the team helped me find the perfect resort with something for everyone staying within my budget. The process was seamless, they accomodated some last minute changes with ease and made the whole process stress free. Would highly recommend.

I booked a desert quad bike safari in hurghada for my husband and daughter. They were absolutely thrilled with their day, which included a camel ride and a visit to a bedouin village. The uide was knowledgeable, the transfers were prompt and Lisa checked in at every step to make sure things were running according to plan. Also reasonably priced, and all together made one of the best experiences of the holiday. Thank you Lisa, I wish we had found you earlier the holiday!

I’ve used Lisa several times now for my holiday bookings and every time I have had an excellent experience, so stress free you literally worry about nothing. Always caters to my requirements and smashes it out the park for me. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress free holiday.

Very good efficient service. Responds to messages very quickly, happy with price and how quickly our holiday was booked.

Lisa is absolutely amazing, booked 2 holidays with her so far & she found the perfect packages each time! Cant recommend highly enough, she goes above & beyond for you & finds the best deals to suit ur budget xx 🥰

This is my 5th time using Lisa she always goes above & beyond to get you the best deal possible at the best prices i highly recommend her she never let's you down.

Booked a holiday to Dubai for our family of 3 through Lisa and I can honestly say this was the most stress free experience I've ever had from the beginning. She was happy to answer any questions I had with prompt replies. I cannot recommend Lisa enough and will definitely be back in contact for our next holiday ❤️

We booked a trip on the semi-submarine through JRT Travel with Lisa, and the whole experience was fantastic. From the start, Lisa was incredibly helpful — the fact that she’s British instantly put me at ease and drew me to book with her. As it was our first time in Egypt, I was naturally a little wary of scams and the language barrier, but booking through Lisa gave us complete peace of mind.

She organised everything for us at short notice and was always available to answer questions, no matter the time — her 24/7 support was amazing. Since Lisa lives in Hurghada, she really knows the area inside out, which was such a bonus.

The trip itself was brilliant — we even had drinks provided, which was a lovely touch. When we returned from the submarine, our driver was ready and waiting to take us safely back to our hotel.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Lisa and JRT Travel enough — they made our experience in Hurghada smooth, safe, and unforgettable. 🌟
