Ordered 5 vapes 1 of these being free, 3 of them were out of date and with both of the others due to go out of date.
But these were out of date for over a year
1 year and 5 months. They expired on 04/24
I’ve tried emailing and contacting and nothing. Upon reading reviews seems it’s something they do often so I will be escalating this to trading standards as it’s not right.

Pay for 24 hour delivery and never get it on time. This time there is a problem with my parcel still waiting on an update

Specific item ordered. After a few days, informed it wasn't available and was offered an alternative. Begrudgingly accepted, and I'm sitting here waiting, and waiting....
Given that it was paid for shipping this has crossed the line of acceptability. Still no products to review!

Great offers and like the flavours, quick and easy to order and delivery. Will be useing them going forward and highly recommend

I received the wrong vapes and I have contacted them multiple times to get them to replace them and they are now ignoring me. I will be going through my bank to get a refund by the end of the week.

edit: after the the mess up with the order, i was contacted by one of the juice n power team by the phone who was very apologetic and was right on top of the problem, he got me my liquids sent the next day and threw in a few to say sorry , couldnt ask for better customer service , tbh the best customer service iv had in a LONG!! while , quick to respond (remember they dont work weekends) so they responded the next working day , which is pretty amazing in my opinion, and everything was fully resolved by today 04/02/2025 , so thats a problem to problem solved in 3 days!! thats amazing , i will be recommending juice n power to firends :) thank you

I have received my parcel today Oder number 17810 , and I am missing 2 vape liquids and have non of the coils I have paid for , what do we do from here as I needed them and now i have ran out I will have to buy them from else where unless this can be resolved very quickly ?

Arrived 24hrs after ordering. All came as described and the choice of flavours. The vapes I ordered are so easy to assemble and the flavours are spot on until they completely run out

I only use this company for my vapes. I buy a month's worth at a time. Prices are great. And delivery time is always quick

Still waiting for order, called yesterday to check and was told I would get a call back within 1 hour, I called back 2 hours later and got the answerphone, tried again today and got the answerphone, I am now wondering if I have been scammed

I enjoy buying juice n power eliquid and I always get it on time but this time I had problems with checkout. Which is not a bad thing but I had a hard time , got through in the end. There should be a service for customers to call to place their order. Thanks for your service.

Matter now resolved. After receiving no response to my first attempt to contact via online chat after delivery of the wrong items I tried a second time. Eventually (again a very long time) I received a response and was told they would look into it and get back to me. Nobody came back to me and I think the chat eventually timed out, either that or I was cut off. However the following day, to my great surprise, I received a large delivery! I originally ordered 12 btls of juice but in this second delivery I received 20 btls of what I ordered, 10 of the same flavour in a different strength, and another 10 of various random flavours. So 40 btls total! While I cannot say that the slow and / or non-existent responses to chat is good, this resolution is over and above expectations and I cannot complain. Review therefore amended from 2 stars to 4 and I shall order again in the future. Many thanks.
190724 - Customer service very poor. I have placed a handful of orders and at first things went well with my deliveries turning up promptly and the price being competitive. On my last but one order I was offered a free bottle of Nic Salt. This did not arrive so I emailed immediately but received no response at all. I then placed another order more recently and contacted them via live chat about the missing bottle. I was advised this would be added to my current order. I asked for an email confirmation but despite leaving the window open for a VERY long time this was ignored. The order arrived this morning and is completely wrong without a single bottle of what I ordered and is also missing the promised free bottle. Currently waiting for a response on live chat again but like last time it is not very live at all - you have to leave the window open for as much as a hour before anybody responds. So just sitting here waiting now. Looks like I may have to go back to ordering elsewhere as I don't want to have to manage these sorts of problems just to save a few pence. I feel that a business that treats customers this way cannot be trusted on the whole and I have now wasted a lot of money without receiving what I ordered. Would be different if the customer service was reasonable but 🤷‍♀️. I can only hope I don't end up having to action a chargeback 🤞
