Best Customer Service Ever

Ordered from these guys MANY MANY MANY times, always been A*!

There was a problem (manufacturing issue) with the kits i had ordered and i contacted Fasih at the shop to make them aware.

Their response
.”we are so sorry, we will send you out replacements for them”

And this was NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN! Amazing service. Completely top class. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I ignored the bad reviews and just went for it. Messaged via WhatsApp to see if my cigs was available before purchasing. Kind guy who replied. Ordered on the 14th April and they've arrived the 16th April. Excellent service. Had no bother what's so ever. I think just double check the availability before buying. Would order from again deffinatly. Been struggling to find the cigarettes I want to been able to get them at a very low price, cheapest I've paid was amazing. Thankyou for the fabulous service!!! 5🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Item not sent on time. No refund or apology offered

Paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery but didn't receive the item until 4 days later. Checked tracking and Royal Mail hadn't been given the parcel, meaning it hadn't been posted by Power Vape Shop. Contacted them via WhatsApp and they blamed Royal Mail for it despite tracking showing they hadn't been handed the package by the sender.

Was not offered any gestures of good will nor was I offered a refund of the postage costs despite not getting the service I paid for.

I've been a customer of PowerVapes for almost a year now.
I searched the whole internet for genuine vape merchants that would sell GENUINE AlFakher vapes, and could only find these guys.

Never had any issues with their delivery. The ordering process is seamless and fast. They provide live tracking thru RoyalMail. And their whatsapp customer service line was always open for any questions.
Despite being an international customer of theirs, they always satisfied my needs without fail.

First time I ordered I had no tracking


First time I ordered I had no tracking or dispatch information sent to me, I contacted via WhatsApp and was told they were waiting the stock not long after I received an email from DPD and got my order next day I understand stock issues happen so decided to give them another shot. On my order it says 2-3 business days delivery time nearly 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting no clear updates given by WhatsApp except no update yet. Don’t understand why items are on sale if they don’t hold the current stock. I recommend someone contacts me directly about this and has it shipped out in the next 24 hours. #9538

Reliable Vaping retailer from The United Kingdom

Hello my Name is FASIH and first of all; I am a returning customer with at least 8-9 Orders now and will stay thair customer with pleasure for ages! The prices are very affordable and I recommend to take little more than you actually planned to buy as you will not regret having some extra stuff while the next Delivery IS coming. People with Long Order History all know that parcels from UK always takes little longer, dont worry ITS Always Like this. Just dont make the poor Guys from Pover Vapes Shop crazy by spamming them with stupid unnecessary questions from even much mooore stupid people (you; the Reader)like: No Updates of Tracking bla bla, Not fair prices bla bla, but I ordered different stuff and so on and so on.
Honestly: If I would read all this comments, I wouldnt want to answer ON them too, AS 99% of the Problems resolves by time and by themselves!
The Same stupid customers complaining here all. Post one Bad Feedback after another BUT NEVER POST WHY THEY COME BACK TO THIS SHOP AGAIN AND AGAIN! WHY YOU IDIOTS,WHY?
I AS a healthy Person think, or If I dont Like a Shop: conclusion: I would never come Back again one WEEK later and Order again Just very little AS usual this jerks do..only for getting the ill Idea to complain for honestly Nothing(in REALITY that are their usless lives they complain about! The Pover Vapes Shop has Nothing to do with this poor creatutes.
Their products are good, to excellent. And I personally recommend to Order those vapes WHO have 2 time 10ml liquid Containers inside the vapes. Those are the best and you will never complain again If you follow my advice! None of the Rest can top this ones. And Hayati, actually all of them IS MY Brand of choice, beside SOME other amazing products they sell. Give this Shop a honest Chance to proove themselves and you will see their products are witouth bullshit good stuff!
To all the haters Out there coming back again and again: the real Problem are Not the Vapes you buy, IT IS your small bird brain THINKING to BE the SMARTEST by doing what they want. But all what you need IS Not spamming this poor Shop with Messages that doesnt even Care yourself but your unfulfilled, primitive lifes!
In your Case I would Stop writing Bad Reviews for NO REASON and give this Vaping SHOP a real Chance!
The more I orderin this shop, the more I learn about real Vaping and each Order is a real pleasure! For sure!

Very poor experience.

Out of two orders I placed, nothing was in stock even though the items were listed as available and paid for. It took 4 days of chasing before anyone replied to my messages, and the refund process took another 7 days. Customer service was unprofessional and overall the experience was very disappointing.

Received wrong order, mistake not rectified fully but a gesture of goodwill was offered....

Received wrong order. Company didn't want to rectify their mistake and just stopped responding to my emails.
Update to my review. Eventually the company responded again, have been apologetic , they have offered me a gesture of goodwill, a single 30K vape to modify my review.... My whole order that was wrong was more than 1 vape ( It was 7ish ). So since they have actually responded, eventually, and offered some sorts of understanding, I have not went the route of reporting them to trading standards and modified my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Hopefully next order is not going to be a disappointment. Please treat every customer with respect...

I have paid money from 4th of August and today is the 16 of August, until now i didn't receive my order. 12th days gone without receive my order i think that's bad situation for company to do that for their customers. I recommend anyone not buying from this company never

Awful

Awful. Never sent my order and wont give me a refund. They replied to my first 2 emails and acknowledged my order however Ive now asked 5 times for my money back over email and whatsapp and theyre ignoring all messages. Im now going to have to put a claim in through the bank.. Dont be fooled by the response they're giving on here because theyre still not sorting the problems!

I placed an order for a product that was advertised as "in stock," only to be told after payment that it wasn't available. They ignored my messages, their phone was off, and no one replied on WhatsApp. I had to chase them just to get updates, and they held on to my money, refusing refund.

After looking into it, I found many other people had the exact same experience — this seems to be a recurring tactic.

Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I would not trust this business again.

Great experience

I almost didn’t place my order with powervapes because of all the negative reviews but I decided to take the chance, and I am so glad I did. They had products that I've been looking everywhere for but have been out of stock. The shipping was so quick and I had no issues at all. Customer service was also able to confirm a query I had prior to placing my order. It was a smooth transaction with quick results. Will be purchasing from here again.

Great Value and Service

I ordered 7 vapes which ideally were on special offer so got them for under £40 , delivery was good and communications were good when I followed up and they even threw in a free sample vape which I appreciated. I will order again from this company.

Terrible service

I decided to place an order then a week later after ME chasing them up they tell me my order was not in stock even though they decided to take my money and still not bother with telling me about my order anyway after several back and forth (again meaning me chasing them up) they took a week or so to even process (yes process not to get it but to actually put it through) my refund even though they said they would do that the same day I chased them up about my order.

After this I thought I’d give it a second chance ordered again but for a different type of vape (as I was in need of one hence the second chance) then again the same thing says my order will be sent out “today or tomorrow” then got nothing and when I decided to chase them up again they said they’re still trying to get the order.

Terrible service quick to take money but not to give the order or bother to tell you if they have any problems with the order unless you yourself chase them up.
